We test before we clean
Testing the solution on a hidden fold is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Abhur North sits on the Red Sea shore where salt-laden air leaves a thin deposit on every fabric and window. Villas and beach resorts here face the water with large open curtains that catch salt and moisture together, so they need treatment that keeps the fibres safe while lifting what has settled into the weave.
Curtains near the beach smell of salt more than dust. Light fabrics take on a fine grey cast from overnight humidity before any stain appears, marking the buildup of airborne minerals rather than grit. For the method itself, see what curtain cleaning involves.
Sea air carries salt particles so fine they work into the weave and lodge in the folds. Shaking and surface vacuum alone will not shift them. Treatment requires a rinse cycle that dissolves salt from inside the fibres and prevents new crystals from forming as the fabric dries.
Villas here hold silk, chiffon and lightweight linen that the humidity weakens and the damp encourages to mildew. Fast, careful drying after cleaning is not optional in this district. Slow drying invites fungal growth that no second wash will fully remedy.
The larger villas and resort properties carry curtains in bedrooms, sitting rooms and hallways across several levels. The team needs time and discipline to remove, clean and rehang each piece in sequence and return it to its correct position and heading.
The northern seafront district combines resort properties and spacious villas with windows facing the water. Humidity stays high year-round and salt air penetrates everywhere, settling on textiles and glass alike.
Beachfront curtains are often heavy and thick for heat blocking and colour hold, so we inspect the weave and any quilted layers before beginning work.
Removal demands care with ironwork that may be corroded by salt exposure, and rings or hooks that may be stiff from years of moisture and mineral buildup.
Dry vacuum first removes loose salt particles and surface dust before any water is introduced, using gentle suction and dry air only.
Salt marks and grey deposits along the edges need gentle soaking before washing, because water alone may not dissolve salt that has bonded deep into the weave.
The choice between hand washing and immersion depends on fabric weight. Heavy curtains are immersed gently. Lighter ones may be rinsed under flowing warm water.
Drying must be fast but even, because lingering moisture will recrystallise salt deposits. We hang them in a dry, airy space before final rehang to the rail.
Cotton, linen, velvet, blackout weave and synthetic sheers do not take the same heat or the same solution.
Before any water.
A water spot at the hem is not treated like a greasy film near a kitchen.
We loosen what has bonded inside the fibres across the full panel, both faces and top to hem, with the method that suits the fabric, while the curtains stay on the rail so the drape is not disturbed.
The loosened dirt and water are pulled back out in the same pass.
We go over the panels with you before the team leaves.
Abhur North runs from North Obhur Beach up toward Jeddah Economic City and the Jeddah Tower site. Work begins at the waterfront properties and moves to homes set back from the coast, with clear access via Prince Abdullah Al Faisal Street to reach the newer villa complexes.
Testing the solution on a hidden fold is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.
We send a team, not a single worker.
The cleaning and extraction machines come with the team.
If a panel needs a tailor rather than a clean, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
North Jeddah is largely newer villa districts and compounds around Obhur and inland from it. Homes here tend to have marble or porcelain floors, large windows and a garden or courtyard, so the routine is set by what comes in from outside: fine sand carried on sandals, and sprinkler spray that dries to a chalky ring on tiles. Near the creek and the coast, sea air leaves a faint salt film on glass and on outdoor cushions, which stiffens fabric. Curtains and upholstery in these open plan rooms catch the dust that settles overnight.
We provide these in Abhur North too, and more than one can share a single visit.
