The access to reach it safely
A crystal fixture over a stairwell is not a job for a kitchen stool.

Al Manarat is a new residential district in north Jeddah within the northward extension of Obhur Al Shamaliyah, with residential land plots still at the sale and development stage and roads linking it to the Jeddah Madinah Road and the coastal King Abdulaziz Road. Chandeliers here are modern from recent construction, but the coastal location and ongoing building mean annual cleaning is necessary.
The district is actively developing so vacant plots and ongoing construction mean heavy dust. The coastal position means salt and damp air year round. New villas accumulate both together on chandelier crystals. For the method itself, see how we approach chandelier cleaning.
Al Manarat is a genuine growth district with new subdivisions, vacant plots and building at multiple sites. Dust from excavation, transport and mixing is carried by north and sea winds to new villas. Modern chandeliers accumulate this dust quickly and need cleaning more often than in established neighbourhoods where building is complete.
The district sits close to Sharm Obhur and the beach, so salt and humidity are constant throughout the year. These add to construction dust to form a sticky layer on crystal. Safe dismantling and separate washing remove salt from between components and fittings.
Residents of new villas expect their fixtures to stay bright as they were installed. Despite dust and salt, regular cleaning preserves the first impression and maintains the value perception of new homes.

We inspect mounting type and components carefully before dismantling, as new villas may have recently installed chandeliers with complex wiring and fittings.
Power is cut completely. New villas may have strong electrical circuits, so we verify the main breaker before work begins.
Pre-removal photography preserves the position of every piece and wire, especially important for modern fixtures with complex designs.
Each piece is washed in treated water to remove salt and construction dust together. In Al Manarat, salt plus dust requires specialised solution.
Metal frame and arms are cleaned carefully of salt and heavy dust. Polishing restores shine after layered deposits are removed.
Safe reassembly and full check ensure every connection is secure and lights work at full strength before leaving the villa.
The circuit is switched off before anything is touched, and warm bulbs are given time to cool.
We check how it is built, which crystals are loose, and how it comes apart before removing a thing.
The area under the fixture is covered before we start, so a dropped crystal lands soft and nothing marks the floor or table below.
Where the piece allows, crystals come off and are washed and dried individually.
With the crystals off or aside, the frame, arms, bulb holders and ceiling mount are wiped down, since that is where film and webs hide behind the glass.
Every crystal goes back to its place, the fixture is switched on and checked, and we walk the room with you.
A crystal fixture over a stairwell is not a job for a kitchen stool.
We send a team, not one person, so crystals come off, get washed and go back in one visit, without a lone worker hurrying a fragile piece to finish before dark.
Whether crystals come off or are cleaned in place depends on how the fixture is built.
Nothing is done until the fixture is back together, switched on, and you have seen it throw its light.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave until the fixture is reassembled, lit, and you have seen it for yourself.
Work is coordinated from the main roads serving the district: Jeddah Madinah Road and the coastal King Abdulaziz Road near Sharm Obhur. Access to new villas is easy from tributary streets feeding from the main routes.
We provide these in Al Manarat too, and more than one can share a single visit.
