We treat indoors and outdoors as one job
A chalet is judged at the pool deck as much as the living room.

Kilo 18 is a distant point along the Old Makkah Road deep in an industrial belt: factories, warehouses and loading yards. A chalet here may be an office space, a workspace or a home for a site worker, and industrial dust, oil residue and soot settle on every surface in ways that do not happen in residential districts.
Industrial dust in Kilo 18 is wholly different from ordinary street dust: it is heavy, oily and thick, settling on walls, windows and ceilings in a dark layer that cannot be removed with a quick wipe. For the method itself, see what chalet cleaning involves.
The dust here is not light and sandy but oily, heavy and mixed with factory and engine residue. It sticks to walls, ceilings, glass and metal in ways that require materials and methods wholly different from standard cleaning. The chemical composition of this dust and the need to break down oil and grease change every step.
Industrial odours from engines, generators and truck traffic enter residential space continuously. Cleaning must address odours trapped in fabrics, furniture and walls, not just surfaces. Odour removal is as much a part of the service here as dust removal is elsewhere.
A chalet may be office and home at once. Contaminated air does not escape easily. Windows stay closed against dust, natural ventilation is poor, and dust accumulates rapidly on every surface. This air stagnation is a particular feature of industrial sites.
The Al Muhajjar logistics zone sits on Jeddah's southeastern edge near the Bahrah boundary, with continuous industrial and loading activity throughout the day. Fine dust and sediment remain suspended in the air at all times.
Kitchen space, if present, is small and contaminated by industrial dust. Cooking grease mixes with industrial sediment, and cleaning focuses on removing oil and soot together from surfaces and metal appliances.
The bathroom is cramped. Moisture traps industrial odours, and cleaning includes thorough ventilation, drying and odour removal from all fabrics and surfaces.
No true outdoor space exists. External sitting may be a loading yard or access corridor. Cleaning focuses on the immediate area around the entrance and removal of dust from that zone.
Floors are ceramic or concrete, heavy with thick dust and oil. Deep cleaning removes deposits from grout lines and corners without scratching or scuffing.
Rooms are small and sitting areas cramped if present. Fabrics and mattresses carry soot odour and deep industrial dust buildup. Cleaning addresses both dust and odour removal.
Waste is high from surrounding industrial activity. Final tidy includes a walk-through from the door to confirm the space is clear of all industrial dust residue.
First thing, windows and doors open, air moving.
Corners, fixtures and high shelves, then down to tables and railings.
The wet rooms where grime builds.
Swept then washed, working from the far room toward the door and out onto the patio, so clean areas are not crossed again.
Seating, deck and the space around the water.
We walk the chalet with you before we leave.

The company runs a large workforce, and we send a team rather than a single worker.
Machines and materials arrive with the team, not rented and not borrowed.
If what you need is pool service or a repair rather than cleaning, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think.
Industrial area: workshops, warehouses and loading yards
An industrial zone means dust and sediment never end from outside: new dust arrives daily from factories and trucks. Cleaning here is not a final clean but a restoration of usability from a perpetually contaminated state. We manage the space knowing the sources are continuous.
We provide these in Kilo 18 too, and more than one can share a single visit.
