We treat indoors and outdoors as one job
A chalet is judged at the pool deck as much as the living room.

Kilo 14 is an industrial area: car repair workshops and spare parts merchants in a newer industrial complex sit next to a dense, informally built residential quarter. Chalets and homes here face very heavy industrial dust from the workshops and trucks. Cleaning demands deep understanding of this type of oily, heavy grime.
Workshop dust and oil seepage from vehicles accumulate on floors and surfaces faster than anywhere else, and furniture becomes oily fast. For the method itself, see the full chalet cleaning page.
Repair workshops lift oily, heavy dust, a mix of oil seepage, metal particles, tyre fragments and grime. Furniture gets covered in a thick black oily film very fast, and curtains and furnishings look filthy quickly.
The industrial complex sees daily heavy truck traffic and continuous loading and unloading. Dust and residue rise constantly from the ground and enter neighbouring homes through open windows and doors.
Beside the workshops sits a popular market selling vegetables and fish, and daytime movement is constant. Damp and smells from the market and dust enter neighbouring homes continuously.
An area along the Old Makkah Road at the far southeastern edge of Jeddah, combining car repair workshops and spare parts shops in a newer industrial complex with a dense informally built residential quarter.
The kitchen collects the heaviest buildup of oily dust and grease, and extraction hoods and surfaces need specialist cleaning. Any outdoor barbecue carries heavy oily residue.
The bathroom is damp from the market and moisture laden air, and mould appears fast. Cleaning includes removing sediment and mould using sanitising products.
The ground around the chalet and any outdoor seating need strong cleaning from industrial dust and heavy accumulated grime.
Floors are ceramic or marble carrying oily residue and grit. Cleaning starts with vigorous sweeping then mopping with products that remove oil.
Bedrooms and majlis need strong ventilation, and curtains, bedding and furniture are among the most affected by heavy oily dust.
Waste may be substantial from use and location, and final tidying includes removing grime and opening windows fully for ventilation.
First thing, windows and doors open, air moving.
Corners, fixtures and high shelves, then down to tables and railings.
The wet rooms where grime builds.
Swept then washed, working from the far room toward the door and out onto the patio, so clean areas are not crossed again.

Industrial area: workshops, warehouses and loading yards
The industrial zone leaves a different mark on everything: heavy oily dust, smells and oil seepage. Cleaning here is not just removing dust but treating the oily film on furniture and surfaces. The products and methods are entirely different from purely residential areas.

The company runs a large workforce, and we send a team rather than a single worker.
Machines and materials arrive with the team, not rented and not borrowed.
If what you need is pool service or a repair rather than cleaning, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Kilo 14 too, and more than one can share a single visit.
