We treat indoors and outdoors as one job
A chalet is judged at the pool deck as much as the living room.

Al Zuhour is a new district in Obhur Al Shamaliyah, north Jeddah, within the new urban area still under construction. The new villas have marble and porcelain floors, large windows and courtyards, but the location on open desert ground close to the coast combines two problems: fine sand creeps in under doors and salt from the sea air settles on every surface, and irrigation spray leaves chalky rings on tiles.
Fine sand from the open desert and salt from the sea air arrive together at the chalet, and floors show a visible layer of both within a day of thorough cleaning. For the method itself, see what chalet cleaning involves.
The location on open desert ground means continuous fine sand seepage. Sand enters under doors and windows and spreads quickly to every room. Frequent sweeping is unavoidable and mopping requires care to avoid scattering sand across new, expensive floors. Sweeping must come before any wet cleaning.
Proximity to the coast means the air carries salt that deposits on glass, metal and high surfaces. This salt leaves a white film difficult to remove, and curtains retain salt smell. Removing salt requires specialist solutions not needed in inland areas.
Modern irrigation systems spray hard water that leaves white chalky rings on marble and porcelain. New gardens need frequent watering, and spray reaches balconies and windows nearby. Lime scale is difficult to remove from new marble without specialist solution and very gentle scrubbing.
Al Zuhour sits within the Obhur Al Shamaliyah developments in north Jeddah on open desert ground near the Jeddah Madinah Road. Residential plots are being released for construction, with ongoing building and vacant land between homes.
The outdoor kitchen and barbecue attract sand and salt from the air quickly, and surfaces need protection from salt and moisture.
Bathrooms in new villas have marble or porcelain and need care from lime scale deposits and salt humidity from the sea air.
The pool surround and outdoor seating attract sand and salt, and exterior floors need frequent sweeping.
New marble and porcelain floors scratch from sand grains, so thorough sweeping before wet cleaning is essential.
Bedrooms and majlis need special attention to curtains that trap fine sand and salt from large windows and the coastal air.
Sand and salt and debris collection is the first step, then final cleaning with confirmation that all grit and salt are removed from all floors.
First thing, windows and doors open, air moving.
Corners, fixtures and high shelves, then down to tables and railings.
The wet rooms where grime builds.
Swept then washed, working from the far room toward the door and out onto the patio, so clean areas are not crossed again.
Seating, deck and the space around the water.
We walk the chalet with you before we leave.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
Ongoing construction and vacant plots around the chalet mean additional construction dust at certain times. We assess site conditions and construction impact on the chalet at each visit.

The company runs a large workforce, and we send a team rather than a single worker.
Machines and materials arrive with the team, not rented and not borrowed.
If what you need is pool service or a repair rather than cleaning, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think.
North Jeddah is largely newer villa districts and compounds around Obhur and inland from it. Homes here tend to have marble or porcelain floors, large windows and a garden or courtyard, so the routine is set by what comes in from outside: fine sand carried on sandals, and sprinkler spray that dries to a chalky ring on tiles. Near the creek and the coast, sea air leaves a faint salt film on glass and on outdoor cushions, which stiffens fabric. Curtains and upholstery in these open plan rooms catch the dust that settles overnight.
We provide these in Al Zuhour too, and more than one can share a single visit.
