We treat indoors and outdoors as one job
A chalet is judged at the pool deck as much as the living room.

Al Muruj is a new district in Obhur Al Shamaliyah, and building work is ongoing with vacant plots between the homes. Chalets here face entirely different challenges: construction dust is coarse and thick, entering from everywhere, roads are not paved yet in some areas so they kick up heavy red earth, and heavy equipment and trucks leave oily marks. This is not ordinary cleaning, it is managing the aftermath of building work.
Building dust in Al Muruj is heavy and coarse, entering chalets even through closed windows, leaving a thick layer on every surface. For the method itself, see our guide to chalet cleaning.
The district is new and building is ongoing, so construction dust rises from new land and emerging chalets. This dust is coarse and heavy, not fine like street dust. It enters through windows and doors and settles on furniture and floors fast. Ordinary wiping is not enough. Strong vacuuming before mopping is needed.
Roads in Al Muruj are under construction, and some are still unmade earth tracks. Heavy red earth rises from these roads and spreads around the chalets. This earth is sticky and heavy, leaving red marks on floors and exterior walls.
Building trucks and heavy machinery leave oil and grease marks around chalets. These marks are slick and hard to remove. Exterior floors and entrances collect these marks, and they need strong scrubbing with specialist products.
A subdivision within Obhur Al Shamaliyah in north Jeddah, mostly newly released land and housing within the city's new northward urban extension, served by main roads linking it to the Jeddah Madinah Road and King Abdulaziz Road.
The new Al Muruj kitchen needs cleaning from heavy building dust before the chalet is actually used.
Bathrooms and sitting rooms collect building dust quickly, and ventilation after cleaning is essential.
The pool surround and outdoor seating are close to building sites and soil quickly from dust and earth.
New floors are sensitive to coarse building dust, so we mop with care and dry well.
New bedrooms and sitting rooms need strong ventilation to remove building dust and new paint smell.
Waste from building sites may be heavy, so we clean it thoroughly before removal.
First thing, windows and doors open, air moving.
Corners, fixtures and high shelves, then down to tables and railings.
The wet rooms where grime builds.
Swept then washed, working from the far room toward the door and out onto the patio, so clean areas are not crossed again.
Seating, deck and the space around the water.
We walk the chalet with you before we leave.

The company runs a large workforce, and we send a team rather than a single worker.
Machines and materials arrive with the team, not rented and not borrowed.
If what you need is pool service or a repair rather than cleaning, we say so.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
A new development means building continues around you, and coarse heavy construction dust enters constantly. Cleaning is not a single event but ongoing management of dust and earth until building finishes in the area.
We provide these in Al Muruj too, and more than one can share a single visit.
