We treat indoors and outdoors as one job
A chalet is judged at the pool deck as much as the living room.

Al Murjan is a small coastal district directly facing the sea on the north Corniche, where salt air is constant throughout the year. This means glass, frames and outdoor furniture are never safe from salt exposure. High humidity keeps carpets and curtains slightly damp continuously, and they hold ocean smell, moisture and smoke longer than interiors in drier districts.
Salt air over the sea means every metal surface and pane of glass receives a light salt deposit continuously, and high humidity makes cleaning harder and results last shorter. For the method itself, see our guide to chalet cleaning.
Al Murjan faces the sea directly, and airborne salt settles on every window and metal frame. Ordinary water spreads salt rather than removes it, so windows need special treatment. Salt also works into balcony railings and outdoor cushion fabrics, and routine maintenance cannot keep pace with the constant redeposition.
Coastal humidity keeps carpet and curtains slightly damp continuously, so they hold ocean smell, water smell and smoke odours far longer than in drier districts. Moisture odour settles into every textile and is difficult to remove with standard approaches.
Salt and humidity combined with chlorine from seawater spray means limescale builds visibly fast on bathroom taps, surfaces and shower glass. Scale appears noticeably again soon after each use, and requires treatment beyond what plain soap and water can address.
Al Murjan is a small low density coastal district on the north Corniche west of Al Basatin, with villas, apartment buildings and gated compounds facing the sea directly across the waterfront road.
The kitchen experiences moisture and salt air, and all surfaces and cupboards need consistent cleaning to prevent buildup.
Bathrooms show scale rapidly from salt and humidity, and taps and surfaces need products that dissolve lime deposits properly.
Balconies and outdoor seating areas need cleaning from accumulated salt and moisture that deposits continuously.
Marble and porcelain floors need gentle handling because salty air and moisture leave deposits that can mark the finish.
Bedrooms and living spaces hold damp and sea smell in curtains and carpets, requiring deep cleaning to restore them.
Rubbish is removed and final tidying includes complete airing to eliminate moisture smell and restore fresh air throughout.
First thing, windows and doors open, air moving.
Corners, fixtures and high shelves, then down to tables and railings.
The wet rooms where grime builds.
Swept then washed, working from the far room toward the door and out onto the patio, so clean areas are not crossed again.
Seating, deck and the space around the water.
We walk the chalet with you before we leave.

The company runs a large workforce, and we send a team rather than a single worker.
Machines and materials arrive with the team, not rented and not borrowed.
If what you need is pool service or a repair rather than cleaning, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think.
West Jeddah faces the sea along the Corniche, and the flats and towers along it live with salt in the air all year. Salt settles on glass as a haze that plain water spreads rather than removes, and it works into balcony railings, outdoor fabric and the metal of window frames. Indoors, humidity keeps carpets and curtains slightly damp, so they hold odours and dust longer than in drier districts, and bathroom grout and shower glass show scale quickly. Wooden floors and doors swell a little in the wetter months.
We provide these in Al Murjan too, and more than one can share a single visit.
