We treat indoors and outdoors as one job
A chalet is judged at the pool deck as much as the living room.

Abhur South sits directly on the shoreline, and the air here is saturated with salt and humidity year round. Chalets here face a real problem: salt creeps into furnishings, metal corrodes, wood swells, and exterior walls carry a thin layer of salt even after wiping. Cleaning here is not just about tidiness, it is about protecting the chalet from salt damage.
Chalets closest to the sea need cleaning after strong winds, because sand and salt deposit on every surface within hours. For the method itself, see what chalet cleaning involves.
Coastal air carries minute salt particles that settle on every metal surface: taps, railings, aluminium window frames. These particles start corrosion quickly, and paint begins to peel from exterior walls. Ordinary water washing does not suffice here. A salt dissolving rinse that removes the particles completely is essential.
Damp air penetrates walls, ceilings and the wood in furniture. Mattresses, cushions and curtains absorb moisture and become heavy, and they release a musty odour if not aired well. Bathrooms and kitchens hold higher humidity than other rooms, so mould grows quickly.
Strong winds carry fine sand and salt from the sea. These slip through the smallest gap in doors and windows and settle on floors and furnishings. Ordinary wiping lifts loose sand, but salt remains in crevices and corners. We need deep washing with specialist water to remove it.
A coastal stretch along Obhur Creek with villas, chalets and rest houses, its waterfront lined with the South Obhur Corniche, inland reached by King Abdulaziz Road and Madinah Road from the hinterland.
The seaside chalet kitchen absorbs extra humidity from the air, and cooking grease sticks easily to damp surfaces.
Bathrooms in seaside chalets need deep cleaning from salt and mould, with strong ventilation after the job.
The pool surround collects salt, sand and algae, and the deck becomes slippery from moisture and salt.
Exterior floors and marble need washing with salt dissolving water, not plain water.
Bedrooms and sitting rooms hold sea air and trapped moisture, so we air them well and use natural fresheners.
Bins and bags soiled with salt and sand need exterior cleaning before removal.
First thing, windows and doors open, air moving.
Corners, fixtures and high shelves, then down to tables and railings.
The wet rooms where grime builds.
Swept then washed, working from the far room toward the door and out onto the patio, so clean areas are not crossed again.
Seating, deck and the space around the water.
We walk the chalet with you before we leave.

The company runs a large workforce, and we send a team rather than a single worker.
Machines and materials arrive with the team, not rented and not borrowed.
If what you need is pool service or a repair rather than cleaning, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think.
Seaside chalets in Abhur South are reached via the South Obhur Corniche which runs along the waterfront, and King Abdulaziz Road which connects the zone to the rest of the city. The coastal location means salt spray and humidity are constant opponents.
We provide these in Abhur South too, and more than one can share a single visit.
