We treat indoors and outdoors as one job

Al Hindawiyah is an old, crowded quarter beside Jeddah Islamic Port dating from the nineteenth century, divided by Al Dhahab Street into a section facing the port and a popular inland section. Dense apartment buildings sit above a great many shops and traditional markets, with Port Street as the other main axis. Chalets here are close to water and constant commercial activity, so humidity is very high and odours from the markets drift upward into the apartments. Mildew forms rapidly and requires aggressive antifungal treatment.
Humidity from the port and sea is very high, making the air feel thick. Odours from souks, shops, restaurants and the port all mix together, and mildew begins rapidly in bathrooms and stored fabrics. For the method itself, see our guide to chalet cleaning.
Al Hindawiyah is very old and sits directly beside Jeddah Islamic Port, so humidity from water and sea air is very high. Old apartments in dated buildings trap moisture, and original pipework leaks water throughout. Wall and ceiling mildew begin rapidly. Cleaning demands strong ventilation and aggressive antifungal treatments.
Al Hindawiyah has over two hundred shops below apartment buildings, plus traditional souks. Odours from shops, restaurants and markets drift upward into the flats above. Fats, smoke and moisture from the markets below accumulate in the apartment. Cleaning focuses on odour and fat removal from every surface.
Al Hindawiyah dates from the 1800s, and original pipework is very old and leaks water constantly. Walls are damp from ongoing seepage, and floors suffer from permanent partial moisture. Taps and drains carry very thick lime scale and rust from seawater.
An extremely old historic district with very high population density beside Jeddah Islamic Port directly. Older apartment buildings sit above shops and traditional souks. Commercial and port traffic is very heavy.
Kitchen and barbecue area: odours from the souks and shops below drift into the kitchen. Cleaning focuses on odour and fat removal throughout.
Bathrooms and washrooms: mildew and moisture from the port are extremely high. Strong antifungal treatments and vigorous ventilation are always essential.
Pool surround and outdoor seating: if a pool exists, humidity and salt from the sea affect it; frequent cleaning is necessary.
Floors, glass and doors: constant moisture makes floors wet; glass holds a film of dampness; frequent cleaning is essential.
Bedrooms and majlis: curtains and rugs trap moisture and mildew; regular airing and washing are necessary.
Waste out and final tidy: focus on ventilation and drying before closing to prevent new mildew accumulation.
First thing, windows and doors open, air moving.
Corners, fixtures and high shelves, then down to tables and railings.
The wet rooms where grime builds.
Swept then washed, working from the far room toward the door and out onto the patio, so clean areas are not crossed again.
Seating, deck and the space around the water.
We walk the chalet with you before we leave.

The company runs a large workforce, and we send a team rather than a single worker.
Machines and materials arrive with the team, not rented and not borrowed.
If what you need is pool service or a repair rather than cleaning, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think.
Al Hindawiyah sits directly beside Jeddah Islamic Port, and Port Street is one of its main axes. Apartments closest to the port face the highest humidity and salt exposure, while those towards the inland Al Dhahab Street section are slightly quieter.
We provide these in Al Hindawiyah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
