We treat indoors and outdoors as one job
A chalet is judged at the pool deck as much as the living room.

Al Balad is historic Jeddah, coral stone buildings and walls of wooden rawashin latticework on crowded narrow lanes, an inherited urban fabric from centuries. Floors here are old and walls absorb dust and humidity. A chalet here is not like a modern flat: materials are weaker and history must be respected.
Old buildings are sensitive to strong products and harsh scrubbing, and stone and wooden floors need special care, and ceilings and walls accumulate dust and dampness. For the method itself, see the full chalet cleaning page.
Coral limestone is porous and soft, and wooden rawashin are hundreds of years old. Acidic products and hard scrubbing damage stone. Cleaning requires gentleness and respect for the original material and history.
Stone and wooden floors are ancient and fragile. Too much water and hard scrubbing scratch them. Products suited to old floors are rare, and cleaning takes specialised knowledge.
Old crowded buildings trap dampness and mildew appears in corners and on walls. Salt from the closeness to the sea and age leaves marks. Smell clings to fabrics.
The historic commercial heart of Jeddah listed by UNESCO as World Heritage, an old urban fabric of coral limestone and wooden latticework, narrow lanes with traditional markets and buildings decades old.

Old bathrooms carry thick scale and products must be safe for ancient stone and wood.
Pool surround and outdoor seating are rare in Al Balad but a small courtyard or roof needs cleaning of dust and salt.
Floors and old glass are sensitive to scrubbing and strong products, and cleaning requires knowledge of materials and age.
Bedrooms and majlis have high ceilings and stone walls collect dust, and fabrics need regular washing.
Waste collection and final tidy include checking walls and floors and confirming no damage from cleaning.
First thing, windows and doors open, air moving.
Corners, fixtures and high shelves, then down to tables and railings.
The wet rooms where grime builds.
Swept then washed, working from the far room toward the door and out onto the patio, so clean areas are not crossed again.
Seating, deck and the space around the water.
We walk the chalet with you before we leave.

The company runs a large workforce, and we send a team rather than a single worker.
Machines and materials arrive with the team, not rented and not borrowed.
If what you need is pool service or a repair rather than cleaning, we say so.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think.
Chalets in Al Balad stand near Nassif House and Al Shafi'i Mosque and within the traditional souk district, and access through narrow lanes requires knowledge of the old urban fabric and historic landmarks.
We provide these in Al Balad too, and more than one can share a single visit.
