We test before we clean
Testing the material on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Furqan is a new development in Obhur Al Shamaliyah in north Jeddah, one of the newest subdivisions of the northern urban extension, surrounded by vacant plots and land parcels still under construction and development. Carpet in the new homes carries construction dust, gravel and cement, and ongoing road and infrastructure work adds to the dust entering homes.
Carpet in Al Furqan becomes soiled quickly with construction dust and sand; each time a new street or building phase completes, more dust enters the homes of adjacent properties. For the method itself, see what carpet and rug cleaning involves.
Al Furqan remains under development with building continuing on surrounding streets and infrastructure, so construction dust and excavation debris enter new homes easily. Carpet bears coarse cement particles, crushed stone and clay mixed deep in the pile.
Al Furqan is surrounded by vacant plots and bare unbuilt land, and wind carries sand and gravel from these open tracts directly into the new homes. Daily vacuuming is insufficient because dust enters in large quantities.
New buildings in Al Furqan are not yet fully sealed, and doors and windows may be temporary or not close tightly. Coarse dust, sand and gravel enter directly into the flat or villa.

Sorting by fibre type in Al Furqan is essential because new subdivisions hold diverse new carpet, and construction dust reacts differently with each fibre type.
Deep dry vacuuming is critical here because cement and crushed stone particles settle deep in new fibres and surface vacuuming is insufficient.
Mud, cement and sand stains need separate pre-treatment before washing because each requires a different material.
Fibre type varies and new fibres are stronger but need protection from high heat in the first year whilst they stabilise.
Fitted carpet in new homes is cleaned in place and may need initial vacuuming to remove debris before washing.
Wet extraction and drying in a new home needs active ventilation because building dampness may remain in walls and floors for some months.
Wool, synthetic and silk-blends do not take the same heat or the same material.
Before any water.
An oil stain is not treated like a juice stain.
Hot water loosens what is bound in the pile and the extractor pulls it straight back out with the water, together, so nothing is left sitting in the base.
The borders and fringe are done by hand, where machines skip and where wear shows first, so the whole rug looks even.
The carpet is left slightly damp, not wet.
Testing the material on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.
The company runs a large workforce, and we send a team rather than one worker.
The deep vacuum and extraction machines are ours and arrive with the team.
If a rug needs repair or re-fringing rather than cleaning, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
New development in Al Furqan means homes are surrounded by construction dust, vacant land and roads under development, and carpet needs protection from raw cement particles, crushed stone and sand that enter easily before development finishes around the area.
We provide these in Al Furqan too, and more than one can share a single visit.
