We test before we clean
Testing the material on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Bashaer is a new district in north Jeddah on the Asfan Ring Road, with new villas, apartment buildings and subdivisions still under construction. Fine sand from nearby land and ongoing building enters the new homes. Chalky mineral rings from watering and construction dust leave marks on carpet. Cleaning must remove sand and mineral deposits from deep in the pile before they become permanent.
Carpet in the new Al Bashaer collects fine sand and grit from active building sites and vacant land very quickly indeed. For the method itself, see our guide to carpet and rug cleaning.
Al Bashaer is still under development with subdivisions under construction. Sand and grit from trucks, digging and vacant land enters the new villas and buildings. Feet bring fine sand in continuously.
New developments have continuous building and watering from new landscaping. Mineral rings from sprinkler mist and hard water leave permanent staining on carpet. Pre-treatment before washing is absolutely essential.
New villas and buildings have brand new marble and porcelain floors. Sharp grit and small stones scratch them very easily. Deep vacuuming must be careful on brand new flooring.
A new district in north Jeddah on the Asfan Ring Road, with new villas and apartment buildings, rest houses and subdivisions under construction, bounded by Al Furusiyah Road to the east, with Taybah to the west, Al Falah to the south and Al Rahmaniyah to the south east.
Carpet in Al Bashaer contains sand and grit from active construction and mineral rings from watering that must be completely removed before washing starts.
Deep dry vacuuming here must be strong yet careful on brand new carpet and flooring in this active building zone.
Mineral rings are treated with special pre-wash to dissolve deposits completely before wet washing begins.
The washing method is very gentle on brand new carpet while delivering strong removal of sand and minerals.
Fitted carpet in new villas and buildings is washed with extra care because of the location in an active construction area.
Wet extraction and drying must be very thorough because sand and minerals can retain water and slow drying significantly.
Wool, synthetic and silk-blends do not take the same heat or the same material.
Before any water.
An oil stain is not treated like a juice stain.
Hot water loosens what is bound in the pile and the extractor pulls it straight back out with the water, together, so nothing is left sitting in the base.
The borders and fringe are done by hand, where machines skip and where wear shows first, so the whole rug looks even.
The carpet is left slightly damp, not wet.
Al Bashaer is served by the Asfan Ring Road from the west and Al Furusiyah Road from the east. Al Bashair Mosque and Al Fursan Mosque in the district identify the location. Al Bashair Park on the main axis makes access and work organisation clear.

The company runs a large workforce, and we send a team rather than one worker.
The deep vacuum and extraction machines are ours and arrive with the team.
If a rug needs repair or re-fringing rather than cleaning, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Al Bashaer too, and more than one can share a single visit.
