We test before we clean
Testing the material on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Andalus is a central northern district of Jeddah known for spacious upmarket villas with elegant marble and porcelain floors, commercial frontages on Tahliah, and private gardens. Every villa has grounds, which brings fine sand indoors and leaves chalky rings from sprinkler spray on tile and carpet alike. This places special demands on carpet: delicate fibres need careful washing, marble needs protection, and the carpet quality is high.
Spacious villas with new marble need caution from excessive suction, and large gardens bring fine sand and dusty water rings from irrigation spray on both tile and carpet. For the method itself, see our carpet and rug cleaning service in detail.
Villas in Al Andalus hold luxury carpet of silk, pure wool and fine fibres, and these delicate materials react to hot water more readily than standard carpet. We test the carpet first and choose heat and suction suited to each fibre type, and we never use high-pressure suction that damages fine filaments.
Marble and porcelain floors in these villas are expensive and sensitive. Strong wet extraction may leave water marks on new marble, and edges and corners need special care. We protect the flooring and use directed wet suction only where carpet lies.
The spacious gardens of these villas bring fine sand on sandals, and irrigation spray from sprinklers leaves chalky rings on both tile and carpet. Carpet here needs deep dry vacuuming first, then special treatment to lift mineral deposits from the fibres.
An upmarket northern district on Andalus Road close to the Corniche, with spacious villas on marble and porcelain flooring and private gardens, and elegant commercial shops on Tahliah that make this an important central location.
Luxury carpet from silk, pure wool and delicate fibres is sorted by type first to choose the right temperature and force, and we never use standard treatment on all types together.
Fine sand from the garden reaches deep into the pile, so deep dry vacuuming first pulls sand out before water, which might weight down luxury carpet.
Mineral rings from irrigation need special treatment with warm water to dissolve deposits without damaging fine fibres or marble.
Washing uses warm water not very hot on luxury carpet, and wet extraction is gentle on sensitive fibres such as silk and pure wool.
Fitted carpet in upmarket villas is cleaned in place with great care for new marble and tile, and we protect flooring with plastic sheeting during the work.
Wet extraction is gentle and precise, then we dry carpet with fans and ventilation until complete dryness is reached, and clean marble completely before we leave.
Wool, synthetic and silk-blends do not take the same heat or the same material.
Before any water.
An oil stain is not treated like a juice stain.
Hot water loosens what is bound in the pile and the extractor pulls it straight back out with the water, together, so nothing is left sitting in the base.
The borders and fringe are done by hand, where machines skip and where wear shows first, so the whole rug looks even.
The carpet is left slightly damp, not wet.
Villa district: private plots, gardens and a boundary wall to every house
Villa districts mean each home has a private garden and courtyard, so sand, moisture and mineral rings from irrigation enter carpet directly. Villas here are upmarket and carpet is valuable, so both need very careful treatment.

The company runs a large workforce, and we send a team rather than one worker.
The deep vacuum and extraction machines are ours and arrive with the team.
If a rug needs repair or re-fringing rather than cleaning, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think.
Al Andalus sits on Andalus Road close to Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Street (Tahliah), and work is organised through villas spread across the district, with straightforward access from the main road to interior villas.
We provide these in Al Andalus too, and more than one can share a single visit.
