We treat where they live
The result comes from reaching the seams, joints and cracks, not from how much is sprayed.

Al Najmah is a new subdivision north of Jeddah within the Jawharat Al Arous development in Obhur Al Shamaliyah, with mostly vacant land between villas under construction. Ongoing building brings materials, vehicles and workers from outside, and new villas may receive infestation from imported furniture or contaminated goods. In newly developed areas without complete infrastructure, tracking and treatment follow a different path than in established districts.
New villas in this plot scheme often sit empty or unfurnished for long stretches, and when new furniture finally arrives it has sometimes waited in shared warehouse storage for weeks before delivery. For the method itself, see our bed bug treatment service in detail.
New villas are filled with imported furniture that spends time in port storage and distribution centres. Bed bugs may already be in new furniture, especially if it came from countries where bed bugs are widespread. Checking furniture at delivery is as important as treating the villa itself, because the infestation can begin before the buyer even moves in.
Rapid construction in new subdivisions leaves gaps between the foundation and floors and around pipes that are not yet sealed. Bed bugs use these gaps as highways to move within the villa and between neighbouring homes. Treatment must reach these gaps before they are sealed, or infestation can retreat into spaces that later become impossible to access.
In a new scheme with few occupied villas, infestation can go unnoticed for weeks. There is no daily foot traffic from neighbours, no regular activity that catches the early signs. This means an infestation can grow severe before the villa owner seeks help, because the problem develops in silence in a half empty district.
Residential land plots ready for villa construction, most around nine hundred square metres and some subdivided, with very few homes currently occupied because the scheme is in its opening phase.
Inspection in new villas focuses on gaps around foundations and pipes before checking furniture, because these gaps may be bed bugs' last stronghold in a new structure.
Mattress and bed seams are rare in empty new villas, but inspection includes furniture at delivery and checks the wall cavities in new plasterwork.
Deep cracks are very rare in new construction, but gaps around pipes and cables are many and very thin.
Carpets are uncommon in new villas, but furniture edges and the gaps underneath them are critical.
Treatment in new villas focuses on gaps and cavities far more than on furniture seams, because bed bugs choose distant gaps away from human activity in these new spaces.
The second visit inspects gaps and cavities with the same depth as the first, because eggs may be in locations so remote that hatch timing is slower.
Before anything is applied, we inspect the seams, frame joints, headboard and skirting to locate the harborage points.
Visible bugs and eggs in reachable spots are removed physically first, which lowers the population immediately and makes the treatment work on less.
Applied into the seams, joints and cracks where they actually shelter, not misted across the open mattress where they never sit during the day.
We work outward from the bed to the surrounding furniture and skirting, because by the time you notice them they have usually started to spread.
Washing and hot-drying bedding, clearing clutter and keeping the layout stable between passes is half the result.
Eggs are shielded and survive the first treatment.
The result comes from reaching the seams, joints and cracks, not from how much is sprayed.
We do not pretend one visit ends it.
The company runs a large crew, and the team arrives with the materials and a plan for the layout, so the whole affected area is handled in the visit.
If it is early and contained we say so, and if it is advanced we say that too.

The commitment is one you can hold us to: an honest read of the situation, and no work or cost added without telling you first.
North Jeddah is largely newer villa districts and compounds around Obhur and inland from it. Homes here tend to have marble or porcelain floors, large windows and a garden or courtyard, so the routine is set by what comes in from outside: fine sand carried on sandals, and sprinkler spray that dries to a chalky ring on tiles. Near the creek and the coast, sea air leaves a faint salt film on glass and on outdoor cushions, which stiffens fabric. Curtains and upholstery in these open plan rooms catch the dust that settles overnight.
We provide these in Al Najmah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
