We treat where they live
The result comes from reaching the seams, joints and cracks, not from how much is sprayed.

Al Mawaddah is a small residential district in east Jeddah close to the university road and wadi, with simple popular housing and limited-size flats. The air is dry and the small tight apartments mean fewer hiding places for bed bugs, but transfer from a neighbour is very easy.
In Al Mawaddah, bed bugs in a small flat may spread to a neighbouring flat in just two days via shared walls. For the method itself, see the full bed bug treatment page.
Gaps are very limited and insects have few hiding options. Inspection is quick but spraying must be precise because spaces are tight.
Walls in older housing are thin and may contain cracks. Bed bugs transfer easily and we may need to treat adjacent flats.
Dry air in east Jeddah may slow breeding a little compared to the coast. But rapid transfer between flats makes up for it.
A small simple residential district with popular housing and limited flats, dry air and small apartments mean easier inspection but faster spread.
In Al Mawaddah, inspection starts with mattress and frame, because the flat is small and insects have few options.
Mattress and frame seams are very visible, and inspection may not need magnification except in rare cases.
Cracks around walls and floors are few but must all be treated, and shared walls may need extra inspection.
Carpets are very rare and furniture is simple, so treatment focuses on mattress, frame and walls only.
Treatment is relatively quick because gaps are few and insects have no real options for hiding.
A second visit after seven days is sufficient, and dry air may speed drying slightly.
Before anything is applied, we inspect the seams, frame joints, headboard and skirting to locate the harborage points.
Visible bugs and eggs in reachable spots are removed physically first, which lowers the population immediately and makes the treatment work on less.
Applied into the seams, joints and cracks where they actually shelter, not misted across the open mattress where they never sit during the day.
We work outward from the bed to the surrounding furniture and skirting, because by the time you notice them they have usually started to spread.
Washing and hot-drying bedding, clearing clutter and keeping the layout stable between passes is half the result.
Eggs are shielded and survive the first treatment.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them
In a simple mixed district like Al Mawaddah, small flats mean insects cannot hide easily but transfer from a neighbour is very easy. Treatment is faster but we may need to treat adjacent flats as well to prevent return.
The result comes from reaching the seams, joints and cracks, not from how much is sprayed.
We do not pretend one visit ends it.
The company runs a large crew, and the team arrives with the materials and a plan for the layout, so the whole affected area is handled in the visit.
If it is early and contained we say so, and if it is advanced we say that too.

The commitment is one you can hold us to: an honest read of the situation, and no work or cost added without telling you first.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Al Mawaddah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
