We treat where they live
The result comes from reaching the seams, joints and cracks, not from how much is sprayed.

Al Bashaer is a new district in north Jeddah on the Asfan ring road, with villas and new apartment buildings alongside rest houses and subdivisions still under construction. Al Furusiyah Road forms its eastern boundary, with Taybah to the west, Al Falah to the south and Al Rahmaniyah to the south east.
The new district of Al Bashaer has dry air and coarse dust that settles on every surface overnight, making furniture, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the daily cleaning routine. For the method itself, see the full bed bug treatment page.
Al Bashaer lies east of Jeddah away from the sea, with very dry air and coarse pale dust. Dust enters from under doors and settles on every flat surface. Bed bugs in this dry environment do not hide in damp spots, but rather choose deep cracks and fine sand underneath furniture. The dust covers their tracks, so you may not see them until the infestation is already widespread and severe.
Al Bashaer contains subdivisions still under development and vacant land between villas and buildings. Ongoing construction brings dust and insects from open ground and from the hills beyond the ring road. Bed bugs may enter from neighbouring subdivisions or from empty land. Treatment must focus on sealing the villa from outside far more than in completed districts.
Floors in Al Bashaer are ceramic tile in the apartments and marble in the villas. Coarse dust and sand scratch the surface. Roof tank water deposits leave a grey film in baths and basins. This sediment hides small bed bugs and their traces. Inspection may need light cleaning first so we can see the signs clearly beneath the dust layer.
A new district in northern Jeddah on the Asfan ring road, bounded by Al Furusiyah Road to the east, with recently built villas and apartment blocks alongside incomplete subdivisions without full infrastructure yet in place.
Inspection in Al Bashaer starts on the floors and cracks before the furniture, because dust covers traces on the surface and bed bugs hide under furniture and in gaps.
Mattress and bed seams need close inspection under the dust, and we may need light cleaning first to see the traces.
Cracks in ceramic floors and tile joints are the priority in inspection in Al Bashaer more than cracks in walls.
Carpets are uncommon in the new district, but the space underneath heavy furniture where dust collects is very important.
Treatment focuses on cracks and gaps under furniture, because bed bugs in the dry environment choose places protected from dust.
The second visit inspects cracks and gaps to the same depth as the first, and dust may have returned and concealed the traces once more.
Before anything is applied, we inspect the seams, frame joints, headboard and skirting to locate the harborage points.
Visible bugs and eggs in reachable spots are removed physically first, which lowers the population immediately and makes the treatment work on less.
Applied into the seams, joints and cracks where they actually shelter, not misted across the open mattress where they never sit during the day.
We work outward from the bed to the surrounding furniture and skirting, because by the time you notice them they have usually started to spread.
Washing and hot-drying bedding, clearing clutter and keeping the layout stable between passes is half the result.
Eggs are shielded and survive the first treatment.
Al Bashaer sits on the Asfan ring road and adjoins Al Bashair Mosque and Al Bashair Park, which are clear landmarks for the district. We reach the villas from the Asfan ring road or from Al Furusiyah Road to the east, and inspection starts on the floors and cracks before furniture because dust here covers everything.
The result comes from reaching the seams, joints and cracks, not from how much is sprayed.
We do not pretend one visit ends it.
The company runs a large crew, and the team arrives with the materials and a plan for the layout, so the whole affected area is handled in the visit.
If it is early and contained we say so, and if it is advanced we say that too.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is one you can hold us to: an honest read of the situation, and no work or cost added without telling you first.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Al Bashaer too, and more than one can share a single visit.
