We treat where they live
The result comes from reaching the seams, joints and cracks, not from how much is sprayed.

Al Adl West is a south Jeddah neighbourhood on heavy goods roads between the port and industrial city, with old low rise homes and concrete or ceramic floors darkened by oily port and workshop dust. Bed bugs here survive surface spray because the diesel soot coating surfaces shields the eggs and young bugs underneath.
Old ceramic and concrete floors hold dark oily soot residue, and mattresses in older homes retain coastal dampness and mildew trapped deep in the seams. For the method itself, see our bed bug treatment service in detail.
Port and heavy truck dust is oily and dark, clinging to furniture edges, net curtains and the tops of kitchen cupboards in a grey black film. This soot shields bed bugs and eggs underneath from surface spray penetration. Cleaning before treatment helps but is not enough. Treatment must reach deep under these layers to kill the bugs and eggs that hide there.
Old concrete slabs and worn ceramic tiles crack over time, trapping sand grains, soot and dust in deep gaps where bed bugs shelter. Treatment must inject material directly into these cracks before they can be sealed or plastered over, or bugs will return from the shelter below.
South Jeddah sits between the sea and heavy roads, moisture rises in homes and mildew attacks seams and fabrics. Bed bugs thrive in damp and multiply faster in it. Treatment here means addressing ventilation and moisture at the same time as the chemical work.
The western part of Al Adl between the Old Makkah Road and the expressway, a planned mix of villas and mid rise apartments, exposed to heavy dust from trucks and coastal humidity from the sea nearby.
Inspection starts from old cracked floors holding oily soot sediment and dust, then moves to the mattress and furniture that may trap coastal moisture.
Mattress and frame seams get careful treatment after the soot coating is cleaned away, because the outer layer shields the seams from chemical penetration.
Cracks in concrete and ceramic floors need deep direct injection, as the material must reach inside the crevices where bugs shelter, and cracks may be sealed after treatment.
Carpet edges and soot and damp stained curtains offer safe harbour, and treatment reaches under the carpet and behind the drapes where bugs cling.
Eggs are shielded under soot layers and in furniture joints, and one treatment does not reach them all, so a follow up is essential.
The second visit ten days later catches newly hatched bugs and nymphs emerging from protected eggs, and confirms the infestation is truly ended throughout.
Before anything is applied, we inspect the seams, frame joints, headboard and skirting to locate the harborage points.
Visible bugs and eggs in reachable spots are removed physically first, which lowers the population immediately and makes the treatment work on less.
Applied into the seams, joints and cracks where they actually shelter, not misted across the open mattress where they never sit during the day.
We work outward from the bed to the surrounding furniture and skirting, because by the time you notice them they have usually started to spread.
Washing and hot-drying bedding, clearing clutter and keeping the layout stable between passes is half the result.
Eggs are shielded and survive the first treatment.
The result comes from reaching the seams, joints and cracks, not from how much is sprayed.
We do not pretend one visit ends it.
The company runs a large crew, and the team arrives with the materials and a plan for the layout, so the whole affected area is handled in the visit.
If it is early and contained we say so, and if it is advanced we say that too.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is one you can hold us to: an honest read of the situation, and no work or cost added without telling you first.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Adl West too, and more than one can share a single visit.
