The gear reaches the scale
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.

Wadi Qaws is a rural settlement spread across open ground on Jeddah's eastern edge, where moisture enters from all directions and groundwater rises into the foundations. Scattered homes here face damp that runs deeper than city homes, making a true deep clean essential rather than cosmetic. The valley's geography means bathrooms stay wetter longer.
Bathrooms in scattered rural homes here develop mould faster than city homes because ventilation is weaker and moisture from the open ground surrounding the house travels up through the walls. For the method itself, see our guide to bathroom cleaning.
Scattered homes here are surrounded by open agricultural land and open plots. Water migrates from damp soil up into the house foundations, so bathroom mould is not simply a use problem but a persistent upward moisture problem that a daily wipe cannot address. The dampness returns within days even after surface cleaning.
Many homes here are older and the ceramic tiles have cracked over the years. Water penetrates the cracked grout lines easily and traps moisture deep where daily wiping cannot reach it. Mould returns quickly after surface cleaning because the joints remain damp for weeks. Black marks in grout are not just dirt but embedded damp.
The valley slopes down from Jabal Khashash but older houses have weak drainage systems. Water pools in the bathroom instead of draining quickly, odours linger and return fast, and the constant damp eventually weakens the walls themselves. Clearing the drain is part of the job but poor slope means water wants to stay.
The valley runs from Jabal Khashash eastward towards the coast, and groundwater from open agricultural land seeps directly into isolated houses. The damp air typical of rural areas penetrates bathroom walls and accumulates in older tiling more quickly than in urban districts.
Older cracked ceramic here needs careful testing before we start, as strong products can enlarge hairline fractures in the tile or weaken the grout joints further.
Limescale is less of an issue here than in coastal areas, but constant moisture creates brown and black mineral deposits on tap fittings and inside the pipes themselves.
Grout lines in older tiling are deep and black mould is embedded into them, so we work on each joint carefully and soak the products in rather than scrubbing hard to avoid tile damage.
Glass and mirrors are clouded not by sea salt spray as in other areas but by layers of moisture residue and rural dust and water marks that build up because of poor ventilation.
Basin, bath and trap are older and brittle, so we choose gentler products and do not scrub hard because the silicone seals are weak and the ceramic itself is fragile with age.
The drain is slow and stale air traps moisture, so we clear the opening and pipes thoroughly and then open every window in the bathroom to dry it completely before we leave.
We open the room, take everything off the ledges and shelves, and lift loose hair from the drains before any water or chemical goes down.
Scale on glass, taps and the shower head is not scrubbed off cold.
The joints are treated and scrubbed along the line, top to bottom, because film sits in the porous grout and a flat wipe never enters it.
The bowl, the base joint and the floor trap are done as one stage, since this is where odour lives.
What the products loosened is lifted off, and everything is rinsed downward so nothing dirty settles back onto a cleaned surface.
The damp low corners are dried so nothing feeds mould again, then we walk the room with you.
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.
We send a team, not a single person.
Where scale has already etched the glass or mould has stained the grout for good, we tell you at the inspection.
Nothing is called done until you have walked the room and said so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Wadi Qaws is spread across open ground and reaching scattered homes requires knowing the local streets. We navigate via Al Qaws Street and Samir bin Jundab Street, which connect the dispersed properties across the valley. This means the team reaches the door with equipment ready and does not lose time searching for addresses.
We provide these in Wadi Qaws too, and more than one can share a single visit.
