The gear reaches the scale
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.

Al Sulaimaniyah East is part of central Jeddah's old quarters near the Haramain station and road, with apartment blocks, villas and commercial streets packed together. Floors are terrazzo or aged ceramic tile worn smooth by decades of use and easily stained by cooking grease drifting up from the main street. Older bathrooms carry heavy scale on taps and around drains, accumulated over years.
Bathrooms in older houses carry heavy scale on taps and around drains from years of use, and the worn smooth ceramic floor easily holds cooking grease from the main street. For the method itself, see our bathroom cleaning service in detail.
Al Sulaimaniyah East is relatively old and floors are terrazzo or aged ceramic worn smooth by long use. Cooking grease from the busy main street settles on them and becomes slippery. We sweep first, then mop with a strong cleaner that dissolves the stuck grease.
Old homes and hard water mean thick scale on the tap and mirror. It is not recent but accumulated from years of use. A strong descaler, very long soaking, then careful wiping removes it gradually without harming the chrome.
Pipework in older housing is aged iron that may corrode slightly. Water from the tap leaves a black rust stain in the basin and sink. We clean it with a specialist descaler that removes the stain without damaging the ceramic.
The eastern portion of Al Sulaymaniyah near the Haramain Road and high speed rail station, with apartment buildings, villas and commercial streets of medium density under the Umm Al Salam sub-municipality, bordered by Al Nakhil to the north and Abruq Al Raghamah to the east.
We test terrazzo and old ceramic first because the surface may be weak or have hairline cracks, so we choose a gentler descaler.
Limescale on old taps is old and heavily built up, needing a strong descaler and very long soaking.
Grout is black from fine dust, mould and moisture combined, so we treat each line with a soft brush.
Mirror and glass may have heavy scale, so we use a soft squeegee and wipe gently.
Old sanitary ware may show black rust stains from taps and pipework. Our cleaning removes them.
Old drains may be narrow and hold smell, so we clean them and sanitise, then leave dry.
We open the room, take everything off the ledges and shelves, and lift loose hair from the drains before any water or chemical goes down.
Scale on glass, taps and the shower head is not scrubbed off cold.
The joints are treated and scrubbed along the line, top to bottom, because film sits in the porous grout and a flat wipe never enters it.
The bowl, the base joint and the floor trap are done as one stage, since this is where odour lives.
What the products loosened is lifted off, and everything is rinsed downward so nothing dirty settles back onto a cleaned surface.
The damp low corners are dried so nothing feeds mould again, then we walk the room with you.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them
Al Sulaimaniyah East is mixed meaning apartments directly above shops on the main road, which brings street smell, cooking smoke and traffic. The bathroom needs cleaning not to remove the smell from the air itself but to remove the smell trapped in grout and drain from heavy moisture and mould.
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.
We send a team, not a single person.
Where scale has already etched the glass or mould has stained the grout for good, we tell you at the inspection.
Nothing is called done until you have walked the room and said so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Central Jeddah is the old heart of the city: Al Balad with its coral stone houses, and the dense apartment quarters around it with shops beneath the flats. Floors here are often terrazzo or older ceramic tile, worn smooth and easily stained by cooking grease that drifts up from the street. Older kitchens and bathrooms carry heavy scale on taps and around drains, and pipework in the older blocks leaves rust marks in basins. Rugs and curtains take on the fine black dust of the main roads, so they need washing more often than elsewhere.
We provide these in Al Sulaimaniyah East too, and more than one can share a single visit.
