The gear reaches the scale
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.

Al Salamah is a mixed northern district with villas and apartment blocks lining busy commercial streets full of restaurants and shops. Bathrooms in homes directly above commercial zones face constant exposure to cooking grease rising through pipes and ventilation, while other villas in the district contend with hard water that leaves heavy scale on new taps rapidly.
Apartments directly above restaurants and shops need deeper cleaning than detached villas in the same district because cooking grease returns fast and has multiple entry points. For the method itself, see how we approach bathroom cleaning.
Commercial streets with restaurants and cafes send oily cooking vapour rising through gaps and cracks. Ground floor flats face strong exposure, but even other villas get grease from the general air. The grease settles on mirrors and glass, clouding them even with regular wiping. Vents and loose seals let grease penetrate deeply into walls.
Al Salamah has hard water, and new taps develop a thick white scale layer within a month of use. This scale attracts dust and makes the tap look black. Removing it needs a specialist descaler and does not budge with scrubbing alone. The scale returns if water quality does not change.
Many villas here have marble or premium porcelain floors. Cooking oil and limescale together coat the floor in an opaque layer. Cleaning requires specialist treatment that does not damage marble or strip the thin protective coating. Pressure washing embeds both deeper.

Surfaces in Al Salamah need careful testing first to determine whether they need degreasing, descaling or both treatments.
Limescale and grease together need ordered treatment: degreaser first, then descaler, never both at once or the grease traps the scale.
Grout lines trap grease, scale and mould together, requiring at least double soaking and gentle brushing.
Glass and mirrors need a strong degreaser to penetrate the grease layer before descaler can reach the scale underneath.
Metal handles need gentle rubbing because the protective coating on new metal is thin and hard scrubbing scratches it.
Drains matter here: cleaning them inside reduces trapped odours from accumulated grease and mould.
We open the room, take everything off the ledges and shelves, and lift loose hair from the drains before any water or chemical goes down.
Scale on glass, taps and the shower head is not scrubbed off cold.
The joints are treated and scrubbed along the line, top to bottom, because film sits in the porous grout and a flat wipe never enters it.
The bowl, the base joint and the floor trap are done as one stage, since this is where odour lives.
What the products loosened is lifted off, and everything is rinsed downward so nothing dirty settles back onto a cleaned surface.
The damp low corners are dried so nothing feeds mould again, then we walk the room with you.
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.
We send a team, not a single person.
Where scale has already etched the glass or mould has stained the grout for good, we tell you at the inspection.
Nothing is called done until you have walked the room and said so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them
A mixed district in Al Salamah means bathroom challenges vary by location: flats above restaurants must handle continuous cooking grease, whilst other villas contend with hard water and heavy scale buildup. Each needs specialist treatment suited to its source, not a one-size approach.
We provide these in Al Salamah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
