The gear reaches the scale
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.

Al Sabeel is an old district in central Jeddah between King Fahd Road and Old Makkah Road, a mix of old and newer apartment buildings. Bathrooms here tell the building's history. Original iron pipes deposit orange rust on surfaces, grout lines blackened by decades of accumulated moisture, and shared drains serving many flats in one house carry stubborn odours. Cleaning a bathroom in Al Sabeel means dealing with layers of decades, or even centuries.
Original pipes send coloured rust deposits to surfaces, grout has not been deep cleaned in many years, and a common drain shared by many flats traps odours that do not wash away. For the method itself, see how we approach bathroom cleaning.
Pipes from the earliest era deposit orange and green rust mixed with white limescale. Taps and glass carry layers of different deposit types. Removing this means understanding what each layer is made of.
Al Sabeel is an old district, and grout has not been deep cleaned in years. Mould is not surface level but embedded in the gaps between tiles. Deep cleaning takes patience and time.
Old large houses are divided into many flats, all draining to one line. Odours from one rise back to another, and stagnant water may have sat in the line for years.
An old inner district between King Fahd Road and Old Makkah Road. A mix of older homes and newer apartment buildings, with King Khalid Street on its southern and eastern sides and Al Makhzoumi Street to the west.
Surfaces are mixed: old stone, varied marble, old ceramic. We test every unfamiliar surface first.
Rust and scale together on old taps, so we soak with products designed for both.
Deep black grout needs long soaking and very gentle scrubbing with soft tools.
Old glass and mirrors may be delicate, so we clean them very gently.
Toilet and basin are very old, possibly nineteen-fifties or earlier, and we clean them gently.
The shared drain may have been blocked for years, so we clear it from inside with extra care.
We open the room, take everything off the ledges and shelves, and lift loose hair from the drains before any water or chemical goes down.
Scale on glass, taps and the shower head is not scrubbed off cold.
The joints are treated and scrubbed along the line, top to bottom, because film sits in the porous grout and a flat wipe never enters it.
The bowl, the base joint and the floor trap are done as one stage, since this is where odour lives.
What the products loosened is lifted off, and everything is rinsed downward so nothing dirty settles back onto a cleaned surface.
The damp low corners are dried so nothing feeds mould again, then we walk the room with you.
Apartment district: residential blocks, repeated floors and shared entrances
Mixed district means old apartment buildings next to newer ones, and each building type has different cleaning needs and very different stages of wear.
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.
We send a team, not a single person.
Where scale has already etched the glass or mould has stained the grout for good, we tell you at the inspection.
Nothing is called done until you have walked the room and said so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
The district borders Old Makkah Road and King Khalid Street and Al Makhzoumi Street, very near to the old Sabil market and Bashar ibn Burd Street, with access to homes here through narrow historic lanes and alleyways.
We provide these in Al Sabeel too, and more than one can share a single visit.
