The gear reaches the scale
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.

Al Rehab is a large mixed district: villas, apartments and residential blocks under the same pollution load. Shops at street level create higher occupancy density and moisture. The bathroom in a block above a market is not the same job as a bathroom in a detached villa. Occupancy is heavier and ventilation is more constrained.
Apartment blocks above street-level shops carry moisture pressure from below. Bathrooms in these flats need longer window opening time for even basic drying. For the method itself, see our guide to bathroom cleaning.
A flat above a shop traps moisture from below. The bathroom is small, the window is small. Limescale and mould accumulate faster. We deep clean and prioritise ventilation and drainage because the space is confined and air must move quickly.
Al Rehab mixes all three housing types. The villa has a large bathroom and easy ventilation. The apartment has a moderate bathroom with shared walls and air pathways. The block needs more care than either. We inspect each surface first and select the method by space size and ventilation reality.
Al Rehab is densely inhabited: university, markets, villas and blocks all in one quarter. All this raises bathroom usage, water consumption and humidity generation. Bathrooms here need longer deep clean sessions than lower-density areas.
A large district between Al Arbaeen Street and the expressway with villas, apartments and blocks alongside university buildings and markets. Usage density is high throughout the day.
Al Rehab surfaces are mixed: marble in older villas and blocks, ceramic in newer apartments. We inspect first because each material needs a different approach and each reacts differently to time and water.
Limescale on taps and fittings needs a targeted descaler soak. In small apartment bathrooms space is tight so we focus on high-impact areas where scale builds fastest.
Grout lines in Al Rehab need individual treatment. We soak with fungicide then work each joint separately before drying, because joint failure here affects more than one home in a block.
Glass and mirrors in small flats need careful handling to avoid scratches. We clean gently and dry immediately to prevent water marks.
Basin, bath and shower in a tight space get our focused attention. We scale gently and dry every drop of water after rinsing to prevent redeposit.
Floor drain and ventilation in flats above shops are constrained. We verify drainage flows and humidity is drawn out quickly before closing the job.
We open the room, take everything off the ledges and shelves, and lift loose hair from the drains before any water or chemical goes down.
Scale on glass, taps and the shower head is not scrubbed off cold.
The joints are treated and scrubbed along the line, top to bottom, because film sits in the porous grout and a flat wipe never enters it.
The bowl, the base joint and the floor trap are done as one stage, since this is where odour lives.
What the products loosened is lifted off, and everything is rinsed downward so nothing dirty settles back onto a cleaned surface.
The damp low corners are dried so nothing feeds mould again, then we walk the room with you.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them
Al Rehab is mixed: an apartment above a shop does not dry like a detached villa. We handle higher occupancy and trapped moisture differently: stronger focus on drain flow and air pathways because space and external air are limited.
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.
We send a team, not a single person.
Where scale has already etched the glass or mould has stained the grout for good, we tell you at the inspection.
Nothing is called done until you have walked the room and said so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Al Rehab stretches from Al Arbaeen Street in the east to the University of Jeddah campus in the north east. We arrive via King Abdullah Road which crosses the quarter, and we know the route to every residential section and housing type.
We provide these in Al Rehab too, and more than one can share a single visit.
