The gear reaches the scale
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.

Al Rayyan is an apartment district east of the expressway with the Al Thuraya and Al Sultan schemes making up most of it, and bathrooms here collect dry coarse dust from open ground and hills beyond the ring roads. The air is drier than on the coast but dust is coarser, and roof tank water leaves a grey film on every fixture.
Roof tank deposits leave a grey film in basins and sinks that is unique to this area, a mix of sediment and mineral from stored water. For the method itself, see how we approach bathroom cleaning.
Air in east Jeddah is drier than on the coast and dust is coarser, not fine like silt. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface before dawn. Grit and sand scratch tile if not swept before mopping. Deep cleaning requires careful sweeping first to prevent scratching.
Roof tank water deposits a grey film of sediment in baths, basins and sinks, a mix of sand, minerals and rust. This film is localized cleaning, but returns if the tank itself is not cleaned. The film is unique to this district.
Floors are mostly ceramic tile in apartment districts and marble in villa areas. Both scratch from grit if swept rough or mopped without sweeping first. Grit from the street is walked in on shoes. Deep cleaning must sweep carefully before mopping.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to open ground and hills. Dust here is paler and coarser than coastal dust, the air is drier, and grit from unmade streets settles on surfaces overnight.
Ceramic and marble here are scratch-prone from grit; sweeping first before mopping is essential.
Scale on taps is lighter than in central Jeddah, but roof tank deposits may be the main issue instead.
Grout lines collect less mould because the air is dry, but may trap dust and fine grit.
Mirrors and glass need cleaning to remove dust and fine particles that bond to the surface.
Basin and sinks may carry a grey sediment film from the roof tank, requiring localized treatment.
Floor drains are relatively clean but may contain sand particles from the surrounding open ground.
We open the room, take everything off the ledges and shelves, and lift loose hair from the drains before any water or chemical goes down.
Scale on glass, taps and the shower head is not scrubbed off cold.
The joints are treated and scrubbed along the line, top to bottom, because film sits in the porous grout and a flat wipe never enters it.
The bowl, the base joint and the floor trap are done as one stage, since this is where odour lives.
What the products loosened is lifted off, and everything is rinsed downward so nothing dirty settles back onto a cleaned surface.
The damp low corners are dried so nothing feeds mould again, then we walk the room with you.
Al Rayyan is easily reached via the Air Base Bridge from the west, and the Al Thuraya and Al Sultan schemes define most of the district. Uqbah ibn Nafi Mosque is nearby and Al Rayyan Health Centre clearly marks the area.

We send a team, not a single person.
Where scale has already etched the glass or mould has stained the grout for good, we tell you at the inspection.
Nothing is called done until you have walked the room and said so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Al Rayyan too, and more than one can share a single visit.
