The gear reaches the scale
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.

Al Rabwah is one of Jeddah's oldest planned districts, with villas and flats on established plots, and the bathrooms here are decades old. The original pipework leaves grey deposits in the water, old tiles absorb moisture and mould penetrates grout lines from the inside where a wipe cannot reach it.
Bathrooms in the older flats here suffer from grey tinted water from original pipework, and mould returns quickly even after thorough cleaning. For the method itself, see how we approach bathroom cleaning.
Al Rabwah is among Jeddah's oldest planned areas, and the original pipework is over thirty years old. Water comes out grey from rust buildup inside the pipes, and sediment settles on taps, glass and floor tiles after every use.
The tiles in these bathrooms are old and porous, grout lines are aged and trap water inside them. Mould does not just sit on the surface: it grows inside the grout where a wipe cannot reach. Cleaning the surface does not stop it because it returns from within.
Neighbouring flats share main drain pipes, so smell rises from units below or above. Cleaning your own bathroom alone does not solve the problem if the main drain is loaded with years of accumulation.
A planned district between King Fahd Road and Hira Street in central Jeddah, where buildings date back decades. Shared pipework in older flats carries rust and mineral deposits from its age.
Surfaces here are old: original marble and tile from decades past, so we test products before use because these surfaces are delicate.
Deposits are not just limescale but a mix of rust, minerals and sediment from original pipework that has aged in place.
Old grout lines are thicker and deeper, each one is soaked longer and worked with a specialist narrow brush.
Glass and mirrors have brown rust stains in addition to white scale from hard water.
Shared drainage needs treatment from outside with a specialist product to eliminate permanent odours.
Ventilation is weak in bathrooms with no window, so drying takes longer and needs careful attention.
We open the room, take everything off the ledges and shelves, and lift loose hair from the drains before any water or chemical goes down.
Scale on glass, taps and the shower head is not scrubbed off cold.
The joints are treated and scrubbed along the line, top to bottom, because film sits in the porous grout and a flat wipe never enters it.
The bowl, the base joint and the floor trap are done as one stage, since this is where odour lives.
What the products loosened is lifted off, and everything is rinsed downward so nothing dirty settles back onto a cleaned surface.
The damp low corners are dried so nothing feeds mould again, then we walk the room with you.
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.
We send a team, not a single person.
Where scale has already etched the glass or mould has stained the grout for good, we tell you at the inspection.
Nothing is called done until you have walked the room and said so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them
Bathrooms in these mixed-use buildings have aged with the structure, shared pipework and deep grout lines mean mould is persistent. Old wood and ceramic reacts sensitively to strong products.
We provide these in Al Rabwah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
