The gear reaches the scale
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.

Al Muntazah is an older apartment quarter in east Jeddah, low-rise residential blocks with repeated floors and shared entries, narrow internal streets. Most flats are small with bathrooms that are cramped, often without windows or with very small windows only, which means very high humidity and poor ventilation. Bathrooms here are perpetually damp and scaled, and mould grows rapidly in every corner and crevice.
Bathrooms are cramped and permanently humid, grout lines are black with settled mould, and basins and toilet bowls carry thick grey layers of combined deposits and mould growth. For the method itself, see our bathroom cleaning service in detail.
Most flats have very small bathrooms with no windows or tiny windows only, so humidity accumulates after every shower and cannot escape, and mould grows at explosive rate in every corner.
Very old pipe work and old porous ceramic floors absorb moisture directly. Dampness settles in the foundations and walls underneath, and mould grows from inside the material itself.
Water in the district is very hard and mineral-rich, old taps carry thick limescale deposit, and pipes themselves are partially blocked by accumulated scale restricting water flow.
An older apartment district on Briman's eastern edge, low-rise residential blocks, narrow internal streets with worn surfaces from rain and damp, and very old utilities and infrastructure throughout.
Surface testing is critical because old porous ceramic is fragile and internal moisture may have settled deep within the material.
Removing limescale and mould together requires different solutions for each, and time allocation must be adequate for both.
Tight grout lines in a small bathroom need very soft brushes to avoid cracking old tile with aggressive scrubbing.
Small mirrors may be old and deteriorated from permanent humidity, their edges may be vulnerable to damage.
Old sanitary ware sometimes sends brownish water from internal rust, we clean carefully without abrasion.
Small old drains need excellent ventilation after finishing because they are tight and odours concentrate easily in confined space.
We open the room, take everything off the ledges and shelves, and lift loose hair from the drains before any water or chemical goes down.
Scale on glass, taps and the shower head is not scrubbed off cold.
The joints are treated and scrubbed along the line, top to bottom, because film sits in the porous grout and a flat wipe never enters it.
The bowl, the base joint and the floor trap are done as one stage, since this is where odour lives.
What the products loosened is lifted off, and everything is rinsed downward so nothing dirty settles back onto a cleaned surface.
The damp low corners are dried so nothing feeds mould again, then we walk the room with you.
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.
We send a team, not a single person.
Where scale has already etched the glass or mould has stained the grout for good, we tell you at the inspection.
Nothing is called done until you have walked the room and said so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
The district lies at the junction of Hada Al Sham Road to the north and Muawiyah Al Sulami Street to the west, with access to the blocks from both main streets. Wadi Al Asla runs along the eastern edge, indicating the area sits in a low point where rainwater collects naturally.
We provide these in Al Muntazah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
