The gear reaches the scale
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.

Al Manarat is a newly established district in north Jeddah within the expansion of Obhur Al Shamaliyah, with residential plots still at the sale and development stage. Bathrooms here are new but coastal humidity and salt air leave deposits on glass and taps rapidly, and hard water adds thick limescale almost immediately.
The district is very new but salt and humidity from the sea leave deposits on glass and taps faster than in inland areas, visible within weeks of occupancy. For the method itself, see the full bathroom cleaning page.
Al Manarat is a new coastal district north of Jeddah near the shoreline. Homes are recent and materials unused, but salty humid air affects the bathroom from day one. Scale appears on glass and tap fittings quickly. Cleaning every two months maintains clarity and shine.
The district is under active development with empty plots and buildings under construction around new homes. Construction dust and cement particles enter the bathroom and mix with salt humidity. Floors and grout need cleaning more often than in completed districts.
Salty humid air means humidity above 80 per cent year-round. Grout lines show early mould growth even in new homes because the moisture is constant. Deep grout cleaning and strong ventilation every two months prevent rapid spread.
A new residential district in the northern extension of Obhur Al Shamaliyah in north Jeddah with residential land plots still under sale and development, served by roads linking to Jeddah Madinah Road and the King Abdulaziz coastal road near Sharm Obhur.
We test new surfaces first but they are usually strong and tolerate approved cleaning solutions without issues.
Scale on tap and glass comes from salt, not limescale, so we use a specialist salt descaler different from regular limescale remover.
Grout in the new house shows early mould from high humidity, so we treat each line with a soft brush and antifungal agent.
Mirror and glass are shiny and new but salt leaves a haze quickly, so we use a soft squeegee and wipe gently.
Sanitary fittings are new and shiny, and gentle wiping removes any light scale while keeping the shine.
The drain in the new house is clean but high humidity may leave faint smell, so we sanitise and dry it completely.
We open the room, take everything off the ledges and shelves, and lift loose hair from the drains before any water or chemical goes down.
Scale on glass, taps and the shower head is not scrubbed off cold.
The joints are treated and scrubbed along the line, top to bottom, because film sits in the porous grout and a flat wipe never enters it.
The bowl, the base joint and the floor trap are done as one stage, since this is where odour lives.
What the products loosened is lifted off, and everything is rinsed downward so nothing dirty settles back onto a cleaned surface.
The damp low corners are dried so nothing feeds mould again, then we walk the room with you.
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.
We send a team, not a single person.
Where scale has already etched the glass or mould has stained the grout for good, we tell you at the inspection.
Nothing is called done until you have walked the room and said so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Al Manarat is a new district in north Jeddah on Jeddah Madinah Road and the King Abdulaziz coastal road near Sharm Obhur, and work reaches the residential plots and new homes through these main roads serving the developing area.
We provide these in Al Manarat too, and more than one can share a single visit.
