The gear reaches the scale
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.

Al Manar stretches from Hada Al Sham Road in the north down to Al Samir, east of the Haramain expressway in eastern Jeddah, far from the sea and close to open ground and hills. The air is dry and dust is coarser and paler than coastal dust, entering under doors and settling on marble and ceramic floors overnight.
Eastern bathrooms deal with dry fine dust that scratches marble and ceramic, and grey sediment from roof tank water settling on white surfaces. For the method itself, see the full bathroom cleaning page.
Dry air carries dust coarser and paler than coastal dust. It enters under doors and settles on floors overnight. If not swept before mopping, dust grinds under the mop and scratches marble and ceramic.
Roof tank water leaves grey film on baths, basins and shower screens. Deposits are fine but visible on white, and need repeated cleaning because dry water leaves them behind.
Modern villa bathrooms have polished marble or ceramic floors, but mopping dust into water scratches them. Scratches stay visible and trap more dust afterwards.
Al Manar stretches from Hada Al Sham Road down to Al Samir just east of the expressway in eastern Jeddah, with villas and modestly priced apartment buildings and shopping centres on the fringe.
Polished marble and ceramic are sensitive to dry dust, so we test the surface first and choose a product that removes dust and sediment safely without scratching.
Bright taps and fittings carry grey deposits, so we remove sediment gently from polished metal.
Grout lines collect fine dust quickly, so we clean grout deeply and remove dust that has worked in.
Bright glass and mirrors dust settles fast, so we clean them until transparent and recommend weekly light wiping.
Toilet, basin and bath are bright but carry grey deposits, so we clean them inside and outside as a complete system.
Drain and ventilation are clean but need to be kept free of fine dust that may enter them, so we confirm both are completely clear.
We open the room, take everything off the ledges and shelves, and lift loose hair from the drains before any water or chemical goes down.
Scale on glass, taps and the shower head is not scrubbed off cold.
The joints are treated and scrubbed along the line, top to bottom, because film sits in the porous grout and a flat wipe never enters it.
The bowl, the base joint and the floor trap are done as one stage, since this is where odour lives.
What the products loosened is lifted off, and everything is rinsed downward so nothing dirty settles back onto a cleaned surface.
The damp low corners are dried so nothing feeds mould again, then we walk the room with you.
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.
We send a team, not a single person.
Where scale has already etched the glass or mould has stained the grout for good, we tell you at the inspection.
Nothing is called done until you have walked the room and said so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Al Manar too, and more than one can share a single visit.
