The gear reaches the scale
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.

Al Khaleej is a new development overlooking the Obhur Creek waterway, which makes bathrooms here fundamentally different from inland districts. Sea air deposits a fine salt film on glass and fixtures, humidity rises from the creek, and new buildings have high ceilings but may lack adequate ventilation. Cleaning a bathroom beside water means managing salt and dampness together, not just limescale alone.
Sea salt on outer windows and curtains builds up faster than limescale does, and humidity from the creek makes mould reappear quickly after cleaning. For the method itself, see the full bathroom cleaning page.
Salt-laden air brings fine particles unlike white limescale. Salt leaves a slightly oily film to the touch and is harder to shift. Treating salt requires a different chemistry than treating limescale.
Proximity to water lifts the humidity throughout the home, and an upstairs bathroom may be as damp as one below. High moisture speeds mould growth, and thorough drying after cleaning is essential.
New buildings have tall ceilings but window and door seals may be weak. Damp air enters through gaps and does not escape easily. Strong ventilation and regular drying are needed.
A district named after the neighbouring Khaleej Obhur, a sea creek about eleven kilometres long where the township turned into a tourism and investment destination. Mostly newly built housing surrounds it, served by main roads linking to the Jeddah Madinah Road and King Abdulaziz Road.
Surfaces here are new but exposed to salt, so we test any unfamiliar surface before full cleaning.
Salt needs longer soaking than limescale, and we use a product made for sea salt specifically.
Grout darkens fast here from humidity and salt together, so we clean it carefully.
Glass and mirrors cloud from salt and salinity, so we clean them to full clarity with a cold rinse.
Toilet and basin may have more salt deposits than limescale, so we clean gently.
Drain and ventilation are critical here, so we watch for salt blockage in vent openings.
We open the room, take everything off the ledges and shelves, and lift loose hair from the drains before any water or chemical goes down.
Scale on glass, taps and the shower head is not scrubbed off cold.
The joints are treated and scrubbed along the line, top to bottom, because film sits in the porous grout and a flat wipe never enters it.
The bowl, the base joint and the floor trap are done as one stage, since this is where odour lives.
What the products loosened is lifted off, and everything is rinsed downward so nothing dirty settles back onto a cleaned surface.
The damp low corners are dried so nothing feeds mould again, then we walk the room with you.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
New development means the buildings are recent but their location near Obhur Creek exposes them to salt and humidity challenges that inland districts do not face.
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.
We send a team, not a single person.
Where scale has already etched the glass or mould has stained the grout for good, we tell you at the inspection.
Nothing is called done until you have walked the room and said so.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
The district sits on King Abdulaziz Road and Jeddah Madinah Road, very close to Obhur Creek itself, with direct waterfront access making homes easy to reach.
We provide these in Al Khaleej too, and more than one can share a single visit.
