The gear reaches the scale
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.

Abu Jaalah is a small apartment district in south Jeddah, listed in property records alongside Al Shifa. Safad Street and Technical College Street run through it, with mid rise blocks holding identical repeated floors and shared entrance doors. Bathrooms are tight, drains are shared beneath the street, so moisture clings to the grout and mould returns fast.
The flats are compact and bathrooms are cramped, which makes movement difficult but keeps the team close to every surface. Grout blackens quickly because the moisture has nowhere to escape in the tight space. For the method itself, see what bathroom cleaning involves.
Abu Jaalah is built with apartment blocks stacked identically, each one the same height and design beside the next. All the drains from all the bathrooms empty into one main line under the street. Moisture and smell from the ground floor bathroom rises into the flats above through the shared pipes.
Each flat is small and the bathroom is smaller still. The team can reach it but space is tight, so every move must be planned. The grout lines are closer together and easier to work if the right descaler is used, but the small space holds moisture longer because air does not circulate.
Abu Jaalah is an active property market and residents change frequently. A new flat needs deep cleaning before occupancy because construction leaves dust and soot on every surface and the newly built drains still hold sand and clay from the site.
The district sits between the main drain line that runs under all the apartment blocks. Moisture from the shared drains rises through the pipes into flats above, trapping humidity inside the small bathrooms even when windows are open.
Ceramic in Abu Jaalah bathrooms may be aged and grout between tiles is cracked, so the team tests a hidden corner first before using strong descaler in case the mortar crumbles under it.
Limescale on taps is thick because the water is hard, so descaler soaks longer and is lifted off gently, never scrubbed, since metal in small flats is usually basic alloy and scratches easily.
Grout lines are narrow and very dark, each one is cleaned with a fine brush that reaches the depth without damaging the tile edges on either side of the joint.
Small mirrors and glass in the cramped bathroom have layers of limescale and moisture film, they are soaked and then wiped gently and dried immediately to prevent water marks forming.
Small bath, small basin and tap are cleaned with suitable products: if metal is basic alloy a gentle descaler is used, and ceramic takes a stronger limescale remover without damage.
The shared drain carries moisture from ten or more flats, so it needs deeper cleaning and thorough rinsing with extra water to reduce the returned moisture and smell into the upper floors.
We open the room, take everything off the ledges and shelves, and lift loose hair from the drains before any water or chemical goes down.
Scale on glass, taps and the shower head is not scrubbed off cold.
The joints are treated and scrubbed along the line, top to bottom, because film sits in the porous grout and a flat wipe never enters it.
The bowl, the base joint and the floor trap are done as one stage, since this is where odour lives.
What the products loosened is lifted off, and everything is rinsed downward so nothing dirty settles back onto a cleaned surface.
The damp low corners are dried so nothing feeds mould again, then we walk the room with you.
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.
We send a team, not a single person.
Where scale has already etched the glass or mould has stained the grout for good, we tell you at the inspection.
Nothing is called done until you have walked the room and said so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Abu Jaalah lies between Safad Street and Technical College Street, named for the college nearby, and the team plans access to the apartment blocks based on their position from these main streets, with buildings east of Technical College and west of Safad.
We provide these in Abu Jaalah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
