We test before we wash
Testing the product on a hidden patch is a step we treat as necessary rather than optional.
Al Rayyan is an apartment and villa district east of the expressway, where the air is much drier and dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors before dawn and settles on every surface, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of household upkeep. Grit from the roads scratches floors, and sediment from roof tanks leaves a grey film in baths. Upholstery collects all three.
Flats here face street dust directly with shared entrances amplifying the flow, while scattered villas suffer from grit underfoot and patched flooring after each drainage project. For the method itself, see the full sofa and upholstery cleaning page.
East Jeddah is far from the sea and close to open ground and hills, so air is dry and dust is coarser. It comes in under doors and windows and settles on fabric fast. Deep vacuuming removes this coarse dust from inner fibres before it weighs the fabric and changes its colour.
Fine grit from roads enters with every footstep and scratches ceramic and marble. Sofas that slide on scratched floors face constant friction underneath. Deep cleaning removes grit trapped between lower fibres before it increases the damage.
Roof tank water carries mineral sediment that leaves a grey film in baths and on mattresses. This film weighs fabric and changes its appearance. Washing tailored to the fabric extracts these deposits from the yarns, and controlled drying prevents them re-settling.
Al Rayyan stretches between the air base bridge and Al Kawthar, with the Al Thuraya and Al Sultan schemes built mostly as apartment blocks and some villas on a wide street grid. Sewage excavations remain incomplete, and the ground is dusty from years of building work.
Coarse dust from the east needs careful testing before washing because it requires different water temperature and product chemistry than fine dust types.
Dry vacuuming must be deep and thorough because grit and dust together settle far into the fabric and foam layers.
Washing must clear mineral deposits from roof tanks and coarse dust together, each with its own product type.
Cushions that slide on rough flooring need both faces washed because grit clings to every surface contact.
Stains here vary widely: from grey grit marks to brown deposits from tank sediment, and each shade requires its matching treatment.
Drying needs direct airflow because moisture from ground and roof tanks will attempt to return to the fabric after washing.
Cotton, velvet, chenille and synthetics do not take the same heat or the same product.
Before any water.
An oil mark is not treated like a juice mark.
We wash with the method that suits the fabric.
The piece is left slightly damp, never wet.
We go over the pieces with you before leaving.
Apartment blocks and villas in the Al Thuraya and Al Sultan schemes are distributed between the air base bridge and the district's wide streets, and most entrances cluster near the Al Rayyan Health Centre.

The company employs more than forty cleaners, and we send a crew rather than an individual.
The washing and extraction machines are ours and travel with the crew.
If a piece needs reupholstering rather than washing, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to be keepable: we do not leave until you have seen the result and given your view of it.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Al Rayyan too, and more than one can share a single visit.
