The list is agreed before the clock
We do not start the timer and improvise.

Al Sawari is a recently built northern district of villas and new apartments with gardens and courtyards. Floors are marble or porcelain and windows are large. Fine sand from balconies enters easily on shoes. Air from near the sea leaves a faint salt film on glass. Hourly cleaning here puts emphasis on the entrance, gardens and outdoor furniture more than purely inland districts far from the coast.
Fine sand and salt from the air accumulate on floors and glass fast. Weekly cleaning is essential to keep the shine. For the method itself, see the full cleaners by the hour page.
Most homes here have a garden or front court. Fine sand enters with every footstep. Marble and porcelain floors soil and scratch easily from sand. The entrance needs nearly daily sweeping. If you book hours, start outside: balconies and court first before entering the home. Weekly cleaning prevents sand accumulating and scratching accelerating.
Al Sawari is close to the creek and coast. Air carries faint salt. Glass gets a salt film within a week. Outdoor furniture and cushions become stiffened with salt. Curtains in open plan rooms trap salt and dust. Regular wiping of windows and outdoor furniture matters.
Gardens have sprinkler systems. Water spray falls on tile and marble and dries leaving white chalky rings. Wiping outdoor floors after watering helps. If rings dry they need gentle rub with cloth and specialist cleaner to lift them off.
A recently built northern district between King Saud Road and Prince Abdulmajeed Road, owner occupied villas and apartments with gardens and courtyards, next to Taybah, Al Firdaws and Al Yaqut.
Priorities go to the court, garden and entrance first, because sand and salt enter there. The entrance needs sweep before any mopping.
Glass and balconies are wiped with clean water and light vinegar, and outdoor furniture is wiped with fresh water then left to air dry.
The kitchen needs deep cleaning especially if balconies are open plan nearby. Salt and sand enter from there.
The bathroom gets thorough wipe. Moisture from the coastal air may leave mildew marks.
Floors are swept vigorously first to clear sand, then mopped gently with clean water. Outdoor tile is wiped right after watering.
Tidying focuses on outdoor furniture and gardens. Cushions are left to air dry fully.
We walk the space with you and you tell us what matters.
We start with what you placed at the top.
Within each room we work from higher surfaces down to the floor, so dusting never falls onto a floor we have already done.
If something is taking longer than expected or a new priority appears, we tell you and adjust the order with you rather than deciding for you.
The rate is set before we start.
We go through the agreed list with you before leaving, and anything within it that was missed is put right before the team goes.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them
Mixed district means villas and flats need very different priorities: a villa with a garden focuses on entrance and outdoors. A flat in a block focuses on inside. Salt and sand set a regular weekly rhythm for all homes here.
We do not start the timer and improvise.
The company runs a large crew, so a defined job can be finished faster with more hands in the same window when your list calls for it.
The materials and equipment come with the team.
If your list is really a deep clean or a specialised job, we say so instead of burning an hourly block on work it is not suited to.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is straightforward: an agreed list before we start, and no change to the work or the rate without your word.
North Jeddah is largely newer villa districts and compounds around Obhur and inland from it. Homes here tend to have marble or porcelain floors, large windows and a garden or courtyard, so the routine is set by what comes in from outside: fine sand carried on sandals, and sprinkler spray that dries to a chalky ring on tiles. Near the creek and the coast, sea air leaves a faint salt film on glass and on outdoor cushions, which stiffens fabric. Curtains and upholstery in these open plan rooms catch the dust that settles overnight.
We provide these in Al Sawari too, and more than one can share a single visit.
