The list is agreed before the clock
We do not start the timer and improvise.

Al Muntazahat is a mixed district stretching along the Old Makkah Road in south eastern Jeddah, with villas, apartment blocks and commercial frontages facing the main route. The area is far from the sea and close to hills and open ground, so the air is dry, dust is coarser and paler, enters under doors fast and settles on surfaces and floors overnight. Sofas, mattresses and curtains need weekly attention.
Surfaces, shelves and windows collect fine dry dust fast. New villas on the main road take wind and dust from traffic directly into the home. For the method itself, see the full cleaners by the hour page.
Al Muntazahat fronts Old Makkah Road, so villas here take direct dust from traffic and lorries. Dust is drier and coarser than in homes set back from the road. We focus on windows, sills and sweep firmly before mopping.
Villas here have modern marble and ceramic tile. Fine grit from the road and dry air scratches them easily. Good firm sweeping before mopping is essential to protect the floor from scratches within weeks.
Roof tank water leaves a grey sediment film in sinks and on taps. Weekly cleaning of taps and basins stops sediment building up and keeps pipes clear and flowing.

In Al Muntazahat we set priorities with you: the villa on the main road takes heavy dust. We focus on windows, surfaces and floors in that order.
Surfaces, shelves and windows need cleaning first because dry dust settles on them fast; we start high and work down to avoid dust falling onto cleaned floors.
The kitchen may need focus on surfaces and the cooker from dust and grease; we emphasize good sweeping first.
The bathroom may need special attention to taps and basins for grey sediment from roof tank water; we focus on keeping these clear.
Marble and ceramic floors need firm sweeping before mopping to protect them from fine scratches made by grit from the road.
Before the hours end, we walk you through the villa: are windows clear? are floors scratch free? are surfaces clean? If anything needs extra care, we agree the added time right then.
We walk the space with you and you tell us what matters.
We start with what you placed at the top.
Within each room we work from higher surfaces down to the floor, so dusting never falls onto a floor we have already done.
If something is taking longer than expected or a new priority appears, we tell you and adjust the order with you rather than deciding for you.
The rate is set before we start.
We go through the agreed list with you before leaving, and anything within it that was missed is put right before the team goes.
We do not start the timer and improvise.
The company runs a large crew, so a defined job can be finished faster with more hands in the same window when your list calls for it.
The materials and equipment come with the team.
If your list is really a deep clean or a specialised job, we say so instead of burning an hourly block on work it is not suited to.

The commitment is straightforward: an agreed list before we start, and no change to the work or the rate without your word.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Al Muntazahat too, and more than one can share a single visit.
