The list is agreed before the clock
We do not start the timer and improvise.

Al Asaliyah is a small district in the outer south east of Jeddah with shops at ground level and flats above, close to the Jeddah Makkah Expressway and brick factories. Oily soot and dust from the roads and factories enter the flat fast, so booked hours focus on floors and bathroom first.
The dust here is oily and darker than other areas, a mix of diesel soot and factory dust that clings to curtains and floors and is hard to shift. For the method itself, see the full cleaners by the hour page.
The Jeddah Makkah Expressway runs directly beside the district with heavy trucks passing constantly. The resulting dust is a mix of diesel soot and fine metal particles that enter the flat and cling to surfaces and floors. Booked hours focus on strong sweeping then hot water mopping.
Soot settles on net curtains, windows and furniture. Curtains need strong rubbing and windows need repeated wiping. Floors and surfaces need strong products to remove soot, but safe on delicate materials.
Proximity to the coast adds humidity, and oily soot clings harder with moisture. Mopping with warm water and mild acid solutions helps shift soot complicated by dampness, and ventilation after mopping is essential.
A small locality in the outer south eastern part of Jeddah, shops at ground level with homes above, close to the Jeddah Makkah Expressway and the Khayyat Red Brick Factory.
Priorities: floors and ceramic first because soot sticks hardest to them, then windows and curtains, then furniture.
Surfaces need strong rubbing to clear the oily soot that does not come off with wiping alone.
The kitchen needs strong treatment for soot on taps, sink and floor around the cooker.
The bathroom needs tile and ceramic scrubbed of soot and dampness with mild acid solutions.
Floors need strong sweeping first to clear most of the soot, then hot water mopping with mild acid product.
Tidying and organising focus on clearing soot from corners, tight spaces and shelves.
We walk the space with you and you tell us what matters.
We start with what you placed at the top.
Within each room we work from higher surfaces down to the floor, so dusting never falls onto a floor we have already done.
If something is taking longer than expected or a new priority appears, we tell you and adjust the order with you rather than deciding for you.
The rate is set before we start.
We go through the agreed list with you before leaving, and anything within it that was missed is put right before the team goes.
Al Asaliyah sits on the Jeddah Makkah Expressway which borders it to the north, and Al Jumum Road extends toward the south. Bahrah Health Center and Khayyat Red Brick Factory define the area and its industrial character. Reaching your flat is direct from the Jeddah Makkah Expressway itself or from the side roads.
We do not start the timer and improvise.
The company runs a large crew, so a defined job can be finished faster with more hands in the same window when your list calls for it.
The materials and equipment come with the team.
If your list is really a deep clean or a specialised job, we say so instead of burning an hourly block on work it is not suited to.

The commitment is straightforward: an agreed list before we start, and no change to the work or the rate without your word.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Asaliyah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
