A team arrives together
We send a team, not a single person, so rooms are cleaned in parallel and the whole home is finished in one visit instead of stretched across days.
Al Basateen is a villa district where every home has its own plot, garden and boundary wall, which means extra dirt enters with every footfall. Fine gravel, fallen leaves and garden dust come inside constantly, and the job is fundamentally different from flats because the work must be split: the courtyard and external stairs need cleaning separately before the interior is touched, using different equipment and water pressure.
Villas here are large with substantial outdoor space, so gravel and sand from courtyards enter indoors far more than in apartment blocks, and cleaning takes considerably longer as a result. For the method itself, see the full house cleaning page.
Every villa in Al Basateen has a courtyard, garden and boundary wall, and gravel and leaves enter the home with sandals each day. A proper clean starts with washing the external stairs and courtyard with water before entering the house, using separate equipment. This step does not exist in apartment districts, and it is the single largest difference in method and time.
Wind carries tree leaves and garden soil, and irrigation water makes sand heavier and stickier. Interior floors need protection from outdoor dirt, so we sweep and rinse the courtyard hours before starting indoors, or the dirt walks back in immediately. Flats with no garden escape this entirely.
Villas need the work split between outdoor and indoor crews working separately, which flats do not require. A flat can be cleaned by a small team working one sequence through all rooms, but a villa needs coordination to protect cleaned areas while the courtyard is still wet.
A modern villa district in north Jeddah between Al Murjan on the coast and Madinah Road, close to the airport with ample spacing between homes and international schools nearby.
Dust settles from large windows and doors that open onto courtyards, so we start high and work backward from the open plan rooms toward enclosed spaces, preventing dust from resettling.
Villas have more bathrooms than flats, and each is cleaned separately with its own products before moving to the next, rather than using one product for all of them.
The kitchen in a villa takes longer as there are more appliances, deeper cupboards and more grease accumulation, particularly in homes where cooking happens regularly.
Floors are swept dry first in each room then mopped, and we wait for them to dry before moving to the next area so footprints do not stain the cleaning work.
Glass and mirrors are more numerous in villas, and each is polished individually, not as a quick pass after mopping like in smaller spaces.
The final walk with you includes every room and the courtyard, which is inspected before we confirm the job is complete, a step that takes longer in a villa than in a flat.
Before anything, we go through each room, note what matters to you, and flag anything that is out of scope.
High shelves, ledges, and frames before lower surfaces.
Counters, cabinet fronts, and appliance exteriors are degreased while the floor is still untouched.
Product goes on the tiles, toilet, and shower and is left to work while we clean elsewhere, then scrubbed.
Grit is vacuumed up before any water touches the floor, because mopping over grit drags it around and scratches.
We go through the home with you before the team packs up.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have seen the result and told us what you think.
Villa district: private plots, gardens and a boundary wall to every house
Villas require a larger team and more structured coordination than flats. Outdoor and indoor cleaning need separate equipment, the large floor area demands extra time, and courtyard preparation is an essential step that does not exist in apartment districts at all, making the method and sequence fundamentally different.
We provide these in Al Basateen too, and more than one can share a single visit.
