We clean for the layer you don't see
Deep cleaning is about the tops, edges, grout and behinds, the places a routine clean is not meant to reach.

Kilo 14 is an area along Old Makkah Road at the far southeastern edge of Jeddah, combining car repair workshops and spare parts shops in a newer industrial complex with a dense informally built residential quarter housing migrant labourers. Heavy diesel soot from continuous truck traffic and workshop grit including rust and metal particles fill the air. This mixture of industry and dense housing creates complex and potentially harmful accumulation patterns.
Metal particles from workshops penetrate curtains and soft furnishings easily, leaving brown and rust coloured marks that are very hard to remove from fabric. For the method itself, see our deep cleaning service in detail.
Old Makkah Road and the Jeddah Makkah Expressway carry continuous heavy truck traffic. Diesel soot deposits thickly on curtains, surfaces and glass, and this soot is sticky and far harder to remove than dry dust. Flats near the roads are exposed to soot directly and heavily from the continuous flow of heavy vehicles.
Car repair workshops and industrial storage facilities release metal particles, rust dust and engine oil. These grit penetrate fabric in curtains and upholstery and leave brown and rust coloured marks. The combination of diesel soot, metal particles and oil creates a complex and dangerous accumulation layer that poses health risks.
Nearness to the coast raises humidity that mixes with soot and metal particles. This moisture causes very rapid mildew growth in bathrooms, corners and fabrics. Black mildew may appear quickly on walls and ceilings due to constant moisture and organic food sources in the soot and oil residue.
An area along the Old Makkah Road at the far southeastern edge of Jeddah, combining car repair workshops and spare parts shops with densely occupied informal residential housing, with unplanned inner streets and a popular market selling vegetables and fish.
Diesel soot and engine oil deposits on cabinet tops and surfaces in a sticky heavy way from continuous truck movement on the adjacent roads.
Hard water scale in the bathroom mixes with soot and metal particles to form a brown-grey layer that is very hard to remove and poses contamination risks.
Ceilings and walls trap heavy layers of soot and grease from workshops and trucks, and black mildew spots may appear from the combination of moisture and organic food sources.
Furniture and corners collect both metal particles and soot and oil together, and surface cleaning is not enough to remove what is held deeply in corners.
Window frames and tracks trap a heavy mixture of soot, metal grit and oil mixed with coastal moisture forming a thick paste that needs careful removal.
Door frames, switches and touch points collect heavy layers of soot, oil and metal particles, becoming sticky, dull and discoloured, requiring specialist cleaning and protection.
Every home has rooms that need it more.
Ceiling corners, fans, vents, cabinet and door tops, dusted before water touches anything, so we aren't turning dust into streaks on the surfaces below.
Counters, fronts, the tops above the cabinets and the hood.
Scale on glass and taps and in the grout is dissolved, not scrubbed dry and hoped over.
Skirting, switches, frames and edges, plus the floor and walls behind furniture we can safely move.
Floors come last, after the dust above has been cleared.
Industrial area: workshops, warehouses and loading yards
An industrial area means hazardous pollutants are present: heavy diesel soot, rusty metal particles, engine oil, and coastal humidity. Deep cleaning must address this complex mixture on all surfaces and fabrics together whilst protecting the health of residents who live with these daily exposures.
Deep cleaning is about the tops, edges, grout and behinds, the places a routine clean is not meant to reach.
We send a team, not one person, so a whole home is done in one visit instead of a job that drags across days.
Degreasers, descalers and machines arrive with the team, no waiting because a tool is at another customer's home.
If a stain is set or grout needs replacing rather than cleaning, we tell you.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we don't leave until you've walked the home and told us what you think.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Kilo 14 too, and more than one can share a single visit.
