We treat indoors and outdoors as one job
A chalet is judged at the pool deck as much as the living room.

Wadi Mareekh, now Al Taysir, is a new development neighbourhood undergoing active construction of villas and apartment blocks. Chalets here are new but ongoing building and vacant plots lift heavy construction dust. Cleaning needs to understand this specific dust, which differs from old neighbourhoods and industrial areas alike.
Construction dust is very fine and enters new homes easily, and new glossy furniture looks dirty fast from the pale coloured dust. For the method itself, see the full chalet cleaning page.
Construction is active and vacant land around chalets lifts very fine construction dust. Dust enters through every crack in new windows and doors, and new furniture looks dull and dusty fast.
New villas and apartments have marble, ceramic and glossy finishes and modern furniture. Fine construction dust settles on everything shiny and makes it look dirty very fast. Cleaning needs care not to scratch new surfaces.
The new area has vacant plots and roads still under construction. Wind lifts earth and fine grit, and homes new and close by face this dust constantly.
An eastern Jeddah area under active development stretching along Palestine Street and the King Abdullah Feeder Road, with new residential and commercial schemes of villas and apartment blocks.
The kitchen in a new home collects fine construction dust on every surface and extraction hood. Cleaning includes deep hood and cupboard cleaning.
The bathroom is new and glossy, but construction dust settles on it fast. Deep cleaning restores the original shine.
The chalet perimeter and any new outdoor seating need cleaning from dust and earth from surrounding plots.
Floors are new marble or ceramic needing care during sweeping. Fine dust is gathered gently before mopping.
Bedrooms and majlis are new and need good airing. New curtains, bedding and furniture need care against scratching.
Building debris and handover waste may be present, and final tidying includes removing all building traces and opening windows fully.
First thing, windows and doors open, air moving.
Corners, fixtures and high shelves, then down to tables and railings.
The wet rooms where grime builds.
Swept then washed, working from the far room toward the door and out onto the patio, so clean areas are not crossed again.
Seating, deck and the space around the water.
We walk the chalet with you before we leave.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
A new development neighbourhood means active building, vacant plots and ongoing construction dust. Cleaning here differs from finished neighbourhoods: fine dust needs care on new and sensitive furniture and surfaces. Avoiding scratches matters more here than elsewhere.

The company runs a large workforce, and we send a team rather than a single worker.
Machines and materials arrive with the team, not rented and not borrowed.
If what you need is pool service or a repair rather than cleaning, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Wadi Mareekh too, and more than one can share a single visit.
