We treat indoors and outdoors as one job
A chalet is judged at the pool deck as much as the living room.

Al Thaalibah is an old unplanned quarter in south west Jeddah, crowded low rise buildings with patchy services within the city's slum clearance programme. Chalets here are in old buildings with repeated floors and shared entrances, facing unique challenges: heavy industrial dust from the port and industrial city, high humidity from the coast, and deep accumulation from years of neglect. Floors, pipework and walls need care from long decay.
Buildings are very old and pipes are sometimes broken, and moisture and mildew accumulate fast because of long neglect and crowded building. For the method itself, see our guide to chalet cleaning.
Al Thaalibah is crowded old unplanned building, and structures may not have been maintained well for many years. Floors may be cracked, walls are damp, pipes may be broken. Cleaning must be careful to prevent more damage.
The port and industrial city are very close, and dust here is heavier and oilier than elsewhere in Jeddah. This dust penetrates pores and leaves deep residue that needs specialised cleaning.
The coast is very close and humid air creates fast mildew. Crowded buildings and poor ventilation make it worse. Mildew removal needs strong disinfectants and complete drying.
An old unplanned quarter in south west Jeddah between Al Hindawiyah to the north, Al Quraiyat to the east, Petromin to the south and the Islamic Port to the west, crowded low rise with poor services within the city's redevelopment programme.
The old kitchen needs care from broken pipes and damp walls and grease built up over years, we clean carefully and do not make damage worse.
Unplanned bathrooms carry black mould on walls and corners, we use strong disinfectants and complete drying.
Old cracked floors need very gentle scrubbing, they may not return to original condition but we clean them carefully.
Damp walls need cleaning from mould and dust built up years, we use safe disinfectants and air drying.
Old curtains and rugs need deep soaking and gentle scrubbing, they may take longer because of buildup.
Waste removal must be careful because the environment is unsafe and waste may contain hazardous material.
First thing, windows and doors open, air moving.
Corners, fixtures and high shelves, then down to tables and railings.
The wet rooms where grime builds.
Swept then washed, working from the far room toward the door and out onto the patio, so clean areas are not crossed again.
Seating, deck and the space around the water.
We walk the chalet with you before we leave.
Apartment district: residential blocks, repeated floors and shared entrances
An old crowded unplanned quarter means a very difficult environment: buildings deteriorated for years, high moisture from coast and industry, poor services. Cleaning here is not only removing dirt but attempting to restore basics of cleanliness from a deteriorated environment.

The company runs a large workforce, and we send a team rather than a single worker.
Machines and materials arrive with the team, not rented and not borrowed.
If what you need is pool service or a repair rather than cleaning, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think.
Chalets between Al Falah Road and King Khalid Road are near Al Thaalibah Park and Al Thaalibah Mosque which give the quarter its identity, and close to Jeddah Islamic Port, and our location makes access quick despite the quarter being a little removed from the city centre.
We provide these in Al Thaalibah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
