We treat indoors and outdoors as one job
A chalet is judged at the pool deck as much as the living room.

Al Rawasi is a mixed district in east Jeddah close to mountains and valleys, with shops at street level and flats above them, and dry air with dust entering freely from open ground. Sofas, mattresses and curtains get heavy quickly, and floors are scratched by soil particles before mopping. Cleaning here differs from coastal neighbourhoods.
The district sits beside Mareekh Mountains and Wadi Al Qaws, and dust enters from open ground easily, and fabrics get heavy faster than elsewhere. For the method itself, see our chalet cleaning service in detail.
Craft shops and small businesses below the flats release smoke, soot and dust that rise upward. Floors above the shops retain these particles. Grease and soot from the work sticks to walls and windows.
Mareekh Mountains and Wadi Al Qaws are close by, and vacant plots around the neighbourhood bring coarse and harsh dust. Sofas and curtains get heavy quickly. Fabrics need washing often.
Humidity from the wadi and dryness together cause fast rusting. Taps and metals corrode. Lime scale builds up but dryness makes it lighter than in damp areas.
A residential district in east Jeddah within the built up area extending east, close to the hills and valley belt, with relatively newer residential streets and a simple residential character.
Kitchen and barbecue area may be small but floors are affected by grease and soot rising from the shop below.
Bathrooms and drains collect dust and deposits from below, and old pipes may carry smells.
Pool surround and outdoor seating are rare but small balconies are exposed to dust and soot from the street and shop.
Floors and glass need cleaning from dust and soot that sticks faster here than elsewhere.
Bedrooms and majlis need fabric washing more often because smells cling easily.
Waste collection and final tidy include checking walls and ceilings for new soot and reporting it found.
First thing, windows and doors open, air moving.
Corners, fixtures and high shelves, then down to tables and railings.
The wet rooms where grime builds.
Swept then washed, working from the far room toward the door and out onto the patio, so clean areas are not crossed again.
Seating, deck and the space around the water.
We walk the chalet with you before we leave.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them
Mixed district means shops below the flats are part of daily life here. Smoke, soot and smell come from below, and cleaning takes care not to damage surfaces and regular cycles because the source operates every day.

The company runs a large workforce, and we send a team rather than a single worker.
Machines and materials arrive with the team, not rented and not borrowed.
If what you need is pool service or a repair rather than cleaning, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Al Rawasi too, and more than one can share a single visit.
