We treat indoors and outdoors as one job
A chalet is judged at the pool deck as much as the living room.

Al Manar is a mixed district in east Jeddah, with shops at street level and chalets above them. A chalet here is not like one in a purely residential area: it sits above restaurants and shops, and the air carries cooking smells, grilled meat smoke and oil. Indoor floors need specialist treatment for oils, and the exterior needs protection from smoke and smell rising from below.
Chalets above commercial shops face cooking oils, smoke and strong smells rising from below. Restaurant odour and shop smell do not leave with ventilation alone; they need specialist treatment in fabrics and on floors. For the method itself, see our chalet cleaning service in detail.
Chalets in Al Manar sit above shops and restaurants, so cooking oils and fat rise with hot air and settle on windows, floors and fabrics. Barbecue and cooking smells embed deep in curtains, carpets and furnishings, and need deep treatment, not surface cleaning alone.
East Jeddah is dry and the roads are busy, so dust enters from open streets under doors and windows. This dust mixes with shop oils and leaves a greasy layer on floors and edges. Ordinary mopping is not enough; we need specialist treatment for oils that have settled in.
Stone and ceramic floors collect oils from below and become slippery and look unclean. Routine cleaning removes dust but not settled oils. We use degreasing products suited to each floor type, and may need repeated treatment if oils are heavy and old.
Al Manar stretches from Hada Al Sham Road in the north down to Al Samir in the south. Villas and modestly priced apartment buildings sit side by side, with neighbourhood shopping centres such as Al Manar Plaza and Al Yasmin Mall on its fringe.
The kitchen and barbecue area here sits directly above commercial oil and heat, so metal surfaces and windows need specialist grease removal treatment.
Bathrooms face moisture from neighbours below, and oils may rise through walls and floors from the shop.
The pool surround and outdoor seating sits where street smoke and shop smells rise up, and outdoor furniture absorbs the odours.
Stone and ceramic floors face oils from below and need specialist degreasing treatment before routine mopping is used.
Bedrooms and majlis may hold shop smell, and curtains need specialist treatment to remove odours that have embedded deep.
Waste out and final tidy includes thorough window opening for air flow, and making sure no oil smell or smoke odour lingers in the chalet.
First thing, windows and doors open, air moving.
Corners, fixtures and high shelves, then down to tables and railings.
The wet rooms where grime builds.
Swept then washed, working from the far room toward the door and out onto the patio, so clean areas are not crossed again.
Seating, deck and the space around the water.
We walk the chalet with you before we leave.

The company runs a large workforce, and we send a team rather than a single worker.
Machines and materials arrive with the team, not rented and not borrowed.
If what you need is pool service or a repair rather than cleaning, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Al Manar too, and more than one can share a single visit.
