We treat indoors and outdoors as one job
A chalet is judged at the pool deck as much as the living room.

Al Kawthar is a young district east of King Abdulaziz International Airport, with new villas and apartment buildings near Prince Khalid bin Abdullah Road, between Al Hamdaniyah to the north and Al Rayyan to the south. Building is active and the streets are wide but projects are still under completion, with vacant land between them. Dust from building sites and the nearby expressway enters the villas, and fine sand from raw plots creeps in on feet and wind.
In districts with active building ongoing, a new villa a week after you move in will need extra cleaning because dust and sand enter fast. For the method itself, see the full chalet cleaning page.
Al Kawthar is still growing and vacant plots and building sites around you send continuous dust. Winds carry fine sand particles in from every direction, and dust settles on flat surfaces and window sills fast.
The new wide streets are not fully paved and contain loose sand. Entrances cannot keep it out, and new polished marble floors scratch easily from fine particles.
Location near Prince Khalid bin Abdullah Road and King Abdulaziz International Airport means additional black dust from transport and aircraft. New fabrics and curtains absorb this dust quickly and turn grey.
The district lies east of King Abdulaziz International Airport between Al Hamdaniyah in the north and Al Rayyan in the south, with recent building and relatively wide streets but projects still finishing.
The new kitchen may carry paint or mortar residue on the floor, which we clean carefully and remove.
New bathrooms may have mortar dust in corners, which we clean carefully and ensure is fully dried.
A new pool may need draining and the surround cleared of sand and building dust.
Polished marble floors are vulnerable, so we clean them very carefully from fine sand without leaving scratches.
We ensure bedrooms and seating are free of building residue and dust, and new curtains are clean of debris.
Building waste may remain in the yard, which we remove and arrange so the exterior is clear.
First thing, windows and doors open, air moving.
Corners, fixtures and high shelves, then down to tables and railings.
The wet rooms where grime builds.
Swept then washed, working from the far room toward the door and out onto the patio, so clean areas are not crossed again.
Seating, deck and the space around the water.
We walk the chalet with you before we leave.

The company runs a large workforce, and we send a team rather than a single worker.
Machines and materials arrive with the team, not rented and not borrowed.
If what you need is pool service or a repair rather than cleaning, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think.
