We treat indoors and outdoors as one job
A chalet is judged at the pool deck as much as the living room.

Al Bashaer is a new district in east Jeddah on the Asfan Ring Road, with new villas and apartment buildings sitting beside rest houses and subdivisions still under construction. The land is open and building is ongoing, so coarse dust from exposed ground and the hills beyond enters the house at every point. The air here is drier than the coast and the dust is coarser and paler, creeping in under doors and settling on furniture and curtains rapidly.
Coarse pale dust from open ground and construction enters easily, and new marble and porcelain floors show a visible dust layer very quickly after thorough cleaning. For the method itself, see how we approach chalet cleaning.
Ongoing building and vacant land around the chalet send coarse dust from stone, cement and hills. This dust differs from fine sand, is more visible and harder to remove. It settles on furniture and curtains rapidly and leaves a soiled appearance.
Marble and porcelain in these new villas scratch easily from coarse construction dust grains. Careful sweeping before mopping is essential, and soft brushes are better than stiff ones.
Tank water carries mineral deposits that settle as a thick grey film in basins and sinks. This builds quickly in dry arid areas. Regular drain cleaning is essential.
Al Bashaer is a new district in east Jeddah on the Asfan Ring Road, surrounded by open ground and ongoing construction, with new villas and apartments between Al Furusiyah and Al Falah.
The outdoor kitchen and barbecue attract coarse construction dust rapidly from open ground, and surfaces become coated with a heavy layer.
Bathrooms need care from heavy lime scale deposits and dust entering through small gaps.
The pool surround and outdoor seating trap coarse construction dust, and floors need frequent sweeping.
New marble and porcelain floors are affected by coarse dust, so thorough sweeping before wet cleaning is essential.
Bedrooms, majlis and curtains retain construction dust more rapidly than other areas.
Coarse dust and debris collection is the first step, then final cleaning with confirmation that all particles are removed from all surfaces.
First thing, windows and doors open, air moving.
Corners, fixtures and high shelves, then down to tables and railings.
The wet rooms where grime builds.
Swept then washed, working from the far room toward the door and out onto the patio, so clean areas are not crossed again.
Seating, deck and the space around the water.
We walk the chalet with you before we leave.
Al Bashaer lies on the Asfan Ring Road between Al Furusiyah and Al Falah, close to Al Bashair Mosque, Al Fursan Mosque and Al Bashair Park, and our team knows the district location on the ring road and the easiest approach, so we arrive quickly.

The company runs a large workforce, and we send a team rather than a single worker.
Machines and materials arrive with the team, not rented and not borrowed.
If what you need is pool service or a repair rather than cleaning, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Al Bashaer too, and more than one can share a single visit.
