We treat indoors and outdoors as one job
A chalet is judged at the pool deck as much as the living room.

Al Asaliyah is a small locality in the outer southeastern corner of Jeddah, and chalets here sit in mixed buildings with shops at street level and homes above. They lie close to the Jeddah Makkah Expressway and industrial zones. The dust here is darker and oilier than in Jeddah's northern residential areas, a mixture of diesel soot and rust particles from workshop activity, depositing heavily on surfaces and glass.
Oily dust from heavy traffic routes and industrial workshops clings to windows and fabrics with force, settling and hardening faster than light dust in districts distant from the main roads. For the method itself, see our guide to chalet cleaning.
The location on Jeddah's outskirts near heavy truck routes and brick factories means oily dust laden with metal particles and iron oxide. This dust does not yield to plain water and leaves marks on surfaces and glass unless cleaned with specialist product, and the deposit hardens quickly in sun.
Ceramic and marble floors show black dust starkly and darken where feet walk. Horizontal surfaces accumulate oily dust quickly and stay dull unless cleaned with degreaser. Surface washing is not enough to lift the oily layer, and the grime builds up.
Odours from rust and industrial oils seep into chalets from the shops and units below, and fabrics and curtains absorb these heavy smells readily. The smell is different from coastal salt air and does not fade with ordinary ventilation.
The locality lies in the outer southeastern part of Jeddah near the Jeddah Makkah Expressway and Al Jumum Road, close to Bahrah Health Centre and the Khayyat Red Brick Factory.
The kitchen needs deep cleaning of grease and soot, and hood filters need attention to remove oily deposits thoroughly.
Bathrooms may hold workshop smell, which we clean carefully with focus on good ventilation afterward.
The pool or yard needs careful removal of black and oily dust from flat surfaces.
Floors darken quickly, so we clean them using specialist product that removes oily dust without leaving dull marks.
Bedrooms and seating need attention to fabrics and curtains that absorb the heavy workshop smells readily.
Waste from a mixed district with shops may be varied in type, so we gather it carefully and arrange the space.
First thing, windows and doors open, air moving.
Corners, fixtures and high shelves, then down to tables and railings.
The wet rooms where grime builds.
Swept then washed, working from the far room toward the door and out onto the patio, so clean areas are not crossed again.
Seating, deck and the space around the water.
We walk the chalet with you before we leave.
Chalets in Al Asaliyah lie close to the Jeddah Makkah Expressway and Al Jumum Road which runs toward the outer districts. Our route to you follows these main roads, and we find the entrance easily from the approach near Bahrah Health Centre.

The company runs a large workforce, and we send a team rather than a single worker.
Machines and materials arrive with the team, not rented and not borrowed.
If what you need is pool service or a repair rather than cleaning, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Asaliyah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
