We test before we clean
Testing the material on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Hamdaniyah is a busy corridor between King Abdulaziz Airport and massive hypermarkets on Al Masurah Street. Carpets here trap concentrated traffic pollution: taxis, delivery trucks and buses pass constantly by the buildings, leaving oily particles and engine heat in the fabrics. The enormous shopping centres beneath the flats create air currents and moisture that differ entirely from a simple residential neighbourhood.
Airport and traffic pollution settles into carpet pile faster here than in any other Jeddah district, and humidity from the large shopping centres below makes drying significantly harder. For the method itself, see our carpet and rug cleaning service in detail.
Proximity to King Abdulaziz Airport means constant aircraft movement and fine metallic dust falling on carpets. Add the steady stream of lorries servicing the hypermarkets on the main streets, and this district's carpet traps heavier, more stubborn particles than quieter residential areas. The metallic fraction is harder to extract and clings to synthetic fibres.
Lulu Hypermarket and other vast commercial centres beneath apartment blocks create different air currents and raise ambient humidity significantly. This means carpets must dry differently because the outside environment is damper than a normal residential district, and external moisture will pull back into the pile if drying stops too soon.
The number of residents, flats and villas packed into Al Hamdaniyah is higher than in Al Safa or Al Faisaliyah, which means carpet wear and replacement happens much faster than average.
Al Hamdaniyah is a dense residential spread east of the airport, with apartment buildings, villas and large shopping complexes along Al Hamdaniyah Street, major supermarkets on Al Masurah Street, and Al Haramain Road marking its western edge.
Al Hamdaniyah holds a mix of modern synthetics and older Oriental rugs, but most recent apartment conversions feature durable synthetic pile that tolerates stronger washing.
Dry vacuuming must be powerful here because fine metallic dust from airport operations settles very deep in the pile.
Oil stains from exhaust and cooking grease need a chemical pre-treatment before wet extraction to prevent spreading during hot-water flushing.
Hot water washing works best here because it dissolves oily deposits, and modern synthetics in newer blocks tolerate higher temperatures.
Fitted carpet in flats must be dried with powerful equipment because external humidity from shopping centres and airport will rise back into the pile otherwise.
Final drying takes longer here than elsewhere in Jeddah because ambient humidity in Al Hamdaniyah is higher than most districts.
Wool, synthetic and silk-blends do not take the same heat or the same material.
Before any water.
An oil stain is not treated like a juice stain.
Hot water loosens what is bound in the pile and the extractor pulls it straight back out with the water, together, so nothing is left sitting in the base.
The borders and fringe are done by hand, where machines skip and where wear shows first, so the whole rug looks even.
The carpet is left slightly damp, not wet.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them
The large commercial complexes beneath the flats here carry diverse activity: food, clothing, electronics, each raising different humidity levels and dust types. Flats above face a more complex mix of pollutants than a mixed district with simple street-level shops.

The company runs a large workforce, and we send a team rather than one worker.
The deep vacuum and extraction machines are ours and arrive with the team.
If a rug needs repair or re-fringing rather than cleaning, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think.
In Al Hamdaniyah we reach homes easily via Al Hamdaniyah Street, which runs through the entire district, and we coordinate timing with major mosques such as Al Taqwa Mosque to avoid disrupting congregational prayers when scheduling our work.
We provide these in Al Hamdaniyah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
