We test before we clean
Testing the material on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Aziziyah is a dense, established district in central Jeddah, packed with restaurants, cafes, shops and popular markets. Apartment blocks rise directly above street-level shops along Makarona Road. Floors are often old terrazzo or aged ceramic tile, worn smooth from long use and stained by cooking grease that drifts up from the street. Older kitchens and bathrooms carry heavy mineral scale.
Carpet and curtains in Al Aziziyah carry fine black dust from the main roads more than any other district and need professional cleaning more often. For the method itself, see the full carpet and rug cleaning page.
Filters and doors do not stop cooking fumes and light oils from rising through stairwells from the shops below. Carpet absorbs these oils and becomes heavy with accumulation. Deep cleaning with hot water removes the oil residue from the base where vacuuming cannot reach.
Makarona Road and Al Arbaeen Street are major routes. Fine black dust clings to net curtains and settles on top of kitchen cupboards. Carpet holds the same dust and blackens ahead of the windows.
Terrazzo and old ceramic are worn smooth from long use. Cooking grease rises from the street and shops and sticks to the aged floor. Regular cleaning is the only defence against permanent staining.
A dense district north east of central Jeddah bounded by Tahliah Street to the north and Gharnatah Street to the south, with restaurants, cafes, shops and popular markets. Apartment blocks over shops line Makarona Road, with villas in numbered sections.
Budget polyester and acrylic carpet fills most flats here. The team checks fibre type before selecting water temperature and chemistry for safe extraction.
Deep dry vacuuming removes fine black dust and surface oils before washing. Main roads mean more dust that needs strong initial vacuuming.
Oil stains from shops are treated with degreasers. Black dust marks are treated with hot water and strong flushing.
Fitted carpet in hallways and entries is cleaned with hot water and degreasers to remove embedded dust and oil from the backing.
Fitted carpet in flats is cleaned with hot water and multiple rinses to lift oils and black dust completely.
Wet extraction removes water, oils and remaining dust from the pile. Good ventilation dries the carpet and removes odours.
Wool, synthetic and silk-blends do not take the same heat or the same material.
Before any water.
An oil stain is not treated like a juice stain.
Hot water loosens what is bound in the pile and the extractor pulls it straight back out with the water, together, so nothing is left sitting in the base.
The borders and fringe are done by hand, where machines skip and where wear shows first, so the whole rug looks even.
The carpet is left slightly damp, not wet.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them
Al Aziziyah is a mixed dense old district in the city centre with shops directly below flats. Carpet absorbs cooking oils and fine black dust from main roads. Treatment requires degreasers and hot water with strong rinsing to remove oils and dust from the backing.
Testing the material on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.
The company runs a large workforce, and we send a team rather than one worker.
The deep vacuum and extraction machines are ours and arrive with the team.
If a rug needs repair or re-fringing rather than cleaning, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think.
Central Jeddah is the old heart of the city: Al Balad with its coral stone houses, and the dense apartment quarters around it with shops beneath the flats. Floors here are often terrazzo or older ceramic tile, worn smooth and easily stained by cooking grease that drifts up from the street. Older kitchens and bathrooms carry heavy scale on taps and around drains, and pipework in the older blocks leaves rust marks in basins. Rugs and curtains take on the fine black dust of the main roads, so they need washing more often than elsewhere.
We provide these in Al Aziziyah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
