We clean the flat, not just the view
Tops of cupboards, tracks, vents and touch points are in the job by default.
Prince Fawaz North is part of the dense residential extension in south Jeddah, apartment blocks and mid sized villas between shops and main roads, with the Jeddah Makkah Expressway very close by. Continuous heavy traffic means thick oily dust settling on everything, not light and floating like other areas but heavy soot that clings to curtains and furniture immediately. Cleaning here means removing layers of oily build up, not just dusting.
Trucks and buses pass continuously near the district, and black soot settles on floors and curtains visibly within days. The expressway runs close enough that traffic noise and visible exhaust are constant background facts. For the method itself, see the full apartment cleaning page.
The Jeddah Makkah Expressway is very close, and truck and bus traffic is continuous. Black oily soot settles on floors, sofas and curtains rapidly, darkening everything in its shadow. The weight and colour of this soot is heavier than dust elsewhere in Jeddah.
Light coloured curtains turn grey and dark from diesel soot quickly. Surface washing is insufficient; they need heavy washing and may require multiple treatments if accumulation is thick.
Proximity to the sea and the soot together mean rapid mould growth in bathrooms. Humidity penetrates and soot chokes it, creating ideal conditions for black mould.
Prince Fawaz North is the northern half of the Prince Fawaz extension in south Jeddah, with apartment buildings, mid sized villas, markets and shops on main axes, bounded by Al Adl to the north and Al Fadl to the east.
High surfaces and cupboards collect black oily soot quickly and need aggressive cleaning methods.
Kitchen work surfaces and around the cooker experience rapid oil and soot layering from traffic exhaust.
Bathroom tile and grout turn black from mould combined with soot deposits, requiring heavy duty treatment.
Floors darken visibly from walked in soot and coastal humidity, and need scrubbing rather than mopping alone.
Windows and glass acquire thick soot film that light wiping leaves streaked; heavy removal is necessary.
Behind furniture and appliances, heavy oily soot accumulates rapidly and clogs cooling vents if not cleaned regularly.
Room by room, before anything starts, so we agree what is in scope and what the price covers.
High surfaces before low ones, dry before wet.
Degreaser in the kitchen, descaler in the bathroom, each left to act rather than scrubbed dry.
Switches, handles, door edges and interior glass, the marks at hand height that a floor-and-surface clean walks straight past.
Vacuumed then washed after everything above them is done, worked into corners and skirting rather than just the open middle.
We go back through the flat with you.

The commitment is small enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Prince Fawaz North too, and more than one can share a single visit.
